I would like to mention something. You did nothing to keep Marinette from her friends or Adrien. Throughout this entire adventure, you were conflicted about convincing her to go back to Ouran with you because she has friends and family there. On top of that, she loved someone.
Marinette was already isolated from everyone because of Lila. Lila, much like in the original universe, lied to make everyone turn on Marinette. She lied to get what she wanted. Adrien, like in the original universe didn't believe her. He was one of the few people who didn't.
Marinette bonded with Y/N and went to them when they were heartbroken because Y/N actually tried to be friends with her. You believed her and saw through Lila's lies. You trusted her and introduced her to new people because you noticed how alone she was.
You also aren't manipulating Marinette in ANY way. You introduced her to the Host Club because you wanted your friends to meet your new friend, and for Marinette to make new friends. You didn't bring up your school or anything unless she asked. The only reason you suggested she come to Ouran was that you witnessed how awful Lila was to her and saw how isolated she was.
I'm putting this here because I was rereading the story parts so I knew how to continue and I got the impression that's what was happening. I just wanted to clarify that you aren't manipulating her or isolating her in any way to get what you want. That isn't what's happening.
So, do with this what you want. Next chapter will be an update.
