Gotham City
The clown prince of crime tries to fight back the blows from a The Dark Knight as they roll around. Commissioner Gordon watches from afar, pistol in hand.
"Commissioner it's getting too violent, even for him." Said Harvey Bullock.
"I notice."
"I say we put a bullet in both their heads." Said A Cop.
"That won't be necessary." Robin said as he stood on a police car. He flips down and onto the the ground.
"I'll settle this." Robin Hops over the railing and limps over to Batman. Bruce doesn't notice Dick coming up behind him. He just repeats the words in his head:
"I nearly failed. His fault, my fault. Never again."
"Batman, Batman!" Yelled Robin. Batman continues to punch the Joker who at his point was barely conscience.
"Batman!" A female voice screamed from afar. Robin looks up to see Batgirl standing on the subway trucks above. She flips down next to Dick.
The two stand side by side as Barman sees his partners. The only people beside Alfred to keep him in line.
Batman let's go of Joker to see his two partners standing side by side. Joker loses
consciousness.
"It's over Bruce." Robin whispers. Batman looks down at his bloody hands and around the area. He grabs his Batgrapnel and fires it into the air. The two sidekicks follow.
