Y/n's POV

Today was the day.

The day I lost my family.

The day was sunny, a very few clouds then and there but it was a rather 'happy' day. I got off the bus, looking around and went inside the Café store to meet Saki-chan.

"Welcome to Genevieve's, miss." a lady with blond pigtails smiled towards me. I nodded in response and looked for my friend. "How many parties, miss?"

"Y/n-chan!!" Saki said rather loudly to catch my attention. She had a cute french braid resting on her right shoulder, her doe like eyes shimmering towards me.

I smiled widely and walked towards her, fixing my shirt a bit. "Heya, Saki-chan." I said softly and took a seat.

She returned to her chair and smiled empathetically, "How're you feeling, Y/n?"

I gave her a grin, reassuring the girl, "Hmm? Way better than I imagined." I said and took the menu from the waitress. "You?"

Saki sighed in relief and slumped to the chair, "I'm good if you are, captain."

I glared at her playfully and shoved her under the table.

"I told you not to call me that anymore." I said embarrassed.

Saki giggled and twirled the teaspoon in her cup before taking a sip, "Do you have any plans for today?" she asked.

I shrugged, "Not really, I just wanted to meet you and maybe visit the grave of my family or something." I said casually.

I turned to the waitress and told her my order, "Can I have (fav/drink) and (fav/snack), please?" I asked politely.

She smiled and wrote them down before walking away. After the waitress left, Saki grabbed my hands and leaned into my face with an excited expression.

"So?! Any tea?" she asked. "C'mon! I know you're hiding something!" she winked playfully.

I tilted my head in confusion, "We met like three days ago, Saki-chan. What do you mean by 'any tea'?"
