A/n: This is a more feminine but doesn't have specific pronouns.

Warning: Gets a little heated but it doesn't progress if you know what I mean...

I have been working for Mando for a while now. I take care of the child as Mando calls him. I started working for him when he found me in a small town on Sorgan. I wanted to get off the planet and have some adventure in my life and taking care of the child was very enjoyable. Especially to see the father and son development between Mando and the child.

"Don't touch that," I hear Mando say to the child as I walk into the cockpit of the Razor Crest. He was trying to grab a metal nob that goes on top of a lever. I chuckle as I have two meals in hand, one for me and then one for the child.

"Sorry Mando, I was just grabbing some food for everyone," I sat in a chair in the cockpit, apologizing for leaving the child unattended. I quickly give Mando his food and grab the child to set him into my lap and start to feed him.

"It's fine, mesh'la," Mando quickly responds, I raise my eyebrow at the word, not knowing what it means but brush it off.

But I couldn't help but have a feeling of butterflies in my stomach. He has been nothing but kind to me. Even though I've never seen what he looked like under his helmet or armor, I've been getting this weird feeling in my stomach when I talk to him. Which was often as we lived on the same ship together. I'd never admitted out loud to him that I have a crush on him. Even if I did it could be difficult and I don't even know if he feels the same way.

"I left a meal in your room if you wanted to go eat," I say to him, knowing about his belief about the way of the Mandalorians.

"Thank you Y/N, I will be back once I finish," he replies and stands up, I nod as he leaves. I start feeding the child, then I eat the food I made for myself. I hold him in my lap after we were both done eating. I sigh in relief as I relax in the chair in the cockpit.  I look done at the child as he looks up at me, giving me a look. I chuckle.

I put the bowls on top of each other and put the spoon in the top bowl. I cradle the kid in one arm while the pile of bowls and spoons are in my other hand.

I climb down the ladder that connects to the rest of the ship with one hand; by balancing the child on my shoulder that has the dirty dishes. I walk to the kitchen of the ship and go up to the small sink. Quickly washing the bowls and spoons. While the child is resting next to me on the counter. I put the dishes back into their designated cabinets and drawers.

I pick up the child with both hands so that he is facing me. As I still face the sink.

"Do you know what mesh'la means?" I ask him as he looks at me raising his big ears in curiosity. "He could be secretly insulting me and I wouldn't know."

"Beautiful," I hear a deep voice behind me say, I jump.

"What?" I ask turning around to see Mando standing there, the child being held close to my chest. I gently turn around the child so he can Mando as well. The child's back was now pressed against my chest. Mando takes this chance and walks up to me barely a foot away from me. My back is pressed against the counter. I held my breath in close proximity. I look up at him due to him being several inches taller than me.

"Beautiful. Mesh'la means beautiful," he says in his low helmet voice. My cheeks heat up, turning a medium shade of pink.

My eyes avert to the ground, realizing he was complimenting me. Mando puts his hand gently under my chin, tilting my head up, making me look up at him. I can feel his gaze through his helmet. My blush only increases. I hear him chuckle.
