"I can't believe it...he abandoned me, again!" thought Musa to herself as an gynecologist examined her and kept a eye on her dilation. The doctor continued his thorough examination, making sure the two babies were in place and not tangled together.

"Keep breathing deeply, young lady...keep calm," the doctor gently urged her. The girls were outside in the waiting room, waiting for news when, all of a sudden, Stella's cell phone rang.

"Hello???"

"Riven, he just called me, he's back! He's on his way to the hospital with the guys, Timmy and I have finished the preparations!" says Tecna in Ho-Boé's house, as she got everything ready for the kids and Musa. Her friend would be there for a while before returning to Magix.

"Oh it took the new daddy long enough! Alright, alright, don't be in a hurry, just make sure Mr. Daddy gets here quick!" the princess of Solaria hung up nervously. Riven arrives a little later, breathless, tired, and with a red face.

"Where is she?"

"Hey, hey calm down," Aisha reassures him as the others hug their partners again. "Are you okay, Riv?"

"Yes, Aisha, I'm fine but where is Musa!"

"Take it easy, I said! Her water broke a five hours ago and she went into labor. Babies don't come out like a sparkling wine cork, so take it easy. They're checking her now and seeing how far she's dilated."

Riven nods and takes the girl by the hand. He then looks at Nabu and waves him over.

"Will you accompany me to the desk? I...I must say that I...I am the bo...the boyfriend of..." he stammers excitedly. He tries to awkwardly hide his emotion but Nabu and Aisha calm him down.

"Yes, yes, come on, let's go" Nabu tells him. The three of them approach the desk where a nurse was typing on the computer. Riven takes courage and speaks up.

"Excuse me, I'm Miss Wang's partner... I know she's in labor but I just got back from... " he looks at himself still in his specialist suit "...from a mission"

"Oh, Mr. Carter, your girlfriend gave us your name! Come on in!" she escorts him to a small room. "You must change if you want to enter the delivery room. Take off your cape and put on scrubs, gloves..." the woman says giving him instructions. Riven does as instructed and quickly too. He is then accompanied to the labor room, where Musa was in a rather funny position. Riven bursts out laughing.

"Ah it took you long enough!" she says as nervous as ever, spread-eagled in her hospital gown, her hair tousled and her cute little face sweaty and pouty.

"Oh my goodness..." he laughs again.

"Does this look like the time to laugh?"

"Yes! You're funny!"

Musa rolls her eyes and then laughs too.

"Come on, the doctor stepped away for a moment.... " she extends a hand towards him. Riven squeezes it with all his strength without hurting her.

" Pixie, did you think I would abandon you?"

"Knowing you..."

"Muse..." he says seriously. "I don't want to miss this time, I barely made it back, even lulling myself into thinking you hadn't finished your forty weeks yet."

"In fact, I'm on thirty-eighth, these two are in a hurry to get out" he chuckles.

"I didn't even have time to set up the nursery... " Muse stops him.

"The girls and I have already taken care of it, don't worry. Daddy was here last week and helped me... Your mother sent me a letter, she says she's coming to see us soon!"
