I woke up a few hours later. I was still in the shower, but the water was turned off. Hawks was asleep holding my hand. My head gave me a surge of pain. I groaned and Hawks woke up. "Hey, baby bird. Are you feeling okay?" I closed my eyes, again. "God damn it." I whispered. "What? What's wrong?" He looked at me like he was about to punch the sun if it hit my eyes wrong. I put my hand on my head. "Thanks to my shorter doseage, I'm already getting withdrawals. If we're really trying to get me to quit, I have to wait until tomorrow night. That's going to be a bitch." "I'll help you get through it. How about I go heat up some biscuits and you get dressed? We'll lay back on your bed for awhile and do whatever you want." He said with a soft smile on his face. I nodded my head. He left and I got up. I got dressed and found Hawks waiting on the bed with some biscuits. The large feather from earlier swooped me up and put me in the bed. I saw a small feather on the blanket and picked it up. I started to play with it a little, waiting for Hawks to say something. He let out a small yelp. "Don't.... don't do that." He took the feather from me. I looked at him and raised my eyebrow. I started to pet the big one and it nearly put him to sleep. I grabbed it and laid on his chest. It was really soft. Hawks started stroking my head, again. I fell asleep almost instantly.
