Short Bread Biscuits

Ingredients Quantities
Flour 100g
Rice flour 40g
Salt To taste
Margarine 75g
Powdered milk 25g

Method
1:Sieve flour into a mixing bowl.
2:Add salt and margarine then rub in.
3:Add the powdered milk and rice flour then rub in again.
4:Knead till it forms a dough.
5:Place on a rolling board and roll on it to flatten the surface.
6:Cut the sides away with a palette knife.
7:Divide and shape into desirable shapes.
8:Use a fork to create holes on the surface and glaze with milk or egg white.
9:Arrange neatly on a well greased baking sheet and put it in the oven for 10minutes.
10:Remove and serve.
