                      Chocolate  Cake

Ingredients                             Quantity
Flour                                            75g
Fat                                                 100g
Sugar                                            100g
Bitter cocoa powder                 25g
Baking powder                          1/2tsp
Vanilla                                          1tsp
Nutmeg                                         1/2tsp
Eggs                                               3

                              Method
1:Cream the fat and sugar together till it drops.
2:Sieve the flour into a different mixing bowl to incorporate air.
3:Add all dried ingredients and sieve again.
4:Whisk the eggs till it gets foamy.
5:Add half of the foamy egg into the creamed sugar and fat and cream again till you get a smooth paste.
6:Pour the flour into the mixture and add the remaining egg to it.
7:Cut and fold for the mixture to mix uniformly.
8:Grease you cake tin and pour the mixture into it.
9:Put it in a preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
10:Cool and serve.
