Scones

Ingredients Quantities
Wheat flour 200g
Margarine 50g
Milk 125ml
Sugar 25-50g
Egg 1 big
Baking powder 3 leveled tsp

Method
1:Sieve flour into a mixing bowl.
2:Add baking powder then sieve again.
3:Add fat and sugar and run in until equally mixed.
4:Create a hole in the middle of the mixture then break the egg into it.
5:Pour the milk into the hole and mix gradually from the center until it is well mixed.
6:Roll out on a rolling board(make sure the rolled dough is thick).
7:Use a cutter to mould into desirable shapes.
8:Place them into a greased baking sheet.
9:Glaze with milk or egg white and bake for about 15 minutes.
10:Remove,cool and serve.
