Shizou Dazai is one of the biggest mafia boss's son. No biggie. The police doesn't care to ever look into him. The school doesnt give a fuck that he literally has 2 guns and 3 knives just sunbathing on the bench along side him. He is the gangsta, loner, edgy type. Also one of the yandere.
