Phew, I'm in loooveeeee!

How can I fall so fast?!

I'm kinda scared and overwhelmed with the pace and all but... yeah.

I called my maami ji yesterday to thank her and she was so freaking sweet, introduced me to most of his siblings and I spoke with them then she prayed for me.

So far, I know he has two elder sisters, one I couldn't speak with and the other so sweet she suggested we go on a date tomorrow then two younger siblings, a girl and the last boy and last child.

I got to work and did some meetings then went to MEGA CITY site with dad to check out the work so far and new plans were made.

As we got back in, Mahmoud came to me with two blueprints of the duplex we are planning to build for the VIP part in MEGA CITY.

''I think I like this one better'', I told him holding out the one I preferred then turning to dad who sat on the sofa reading his Qura'an, I walked up to him.

''which do you prefer dad?'', I asked and he looked up from his Qur'aan and put the rope to mark where he stopped.

''this one'', he chose the one I also chose after scrutinizing both of them.

''I would have chosen this because of the sunroom'', he continued, referring to the other one.

''why don't we replace the gym with the sunroom then. The sunroom will then be facing the outdoor pool'', I said and both men nodded.

''and since there are even multiple gyms in the estate already'', Mahmoud chirped in, nodding.

''I'll make adjustment and submit it to the construction team'', he added then left.

When I arrived home with dad, it was already almost Maghreb so I rushed to freshen up and joined the prayer in congregation which dad led.

I made dinner with mom and Fara since Mrs Kamal's shift had ended, ate with everyone in the dining then went to my room to rewind for the day.

{A/N: I called Mrs Kamal 'Konrad' in the last chapter which is a really dumb mistake on my part. Please ignore it and I'm sending my apologies.}

In the midst of me penning my to-do's for the next day, I remembered I and Alli hadn't interacted since Saturday when the date was fixed, not even a text message. I had him on my mind twenty-four seven since Saturday and did I even tell you what he and my in-laws gifted me?!

Okay, it's HAUL time!

{A/N: this is purely because I watch way tooooo much vlogs and there must be a haul in these vlogs that I watch that's why I'm letting Ayesha give you a haul.}

So, my Maami ji got me a box of her signature red velvet cake and a tiffany.co gold bracelet, his siblings got me two abayas which are so beautiful from a brand called 'ZEEN' and a Hermes nude bag which matching flats. Then from him, I got a whole set of unique colors of yarns, different sizes of knitting pins and a Ball pen which had a note; 'please read though agreement clauses before signing any contract, meri jaan' around it and I laughed out loud after I read it, my heart filling to the brim with love and adoration.

I did drop him a heart -warming gratitude message and he hadn't replied the last time I checked because I have been so busy which I think he is also going through.

I decided to call him to check up on him.

He answered on the second ring and the first thing he said was; ''I'm really, really sorry, Aish! I left your message unread which I just opened a minute ago and you were on my mind all through the days since Saturday but work couldn't let me actually call you. I'm sincerely apologizing and I will try my best for it to not repeat itself. There should always be time for you no matter how busy I get—'',
