I slammed the door behind me. But then I thought that it might wake up Ava. I started running and then I felt my body change into my wolf form. It's not a full moon yet but I just needed to escape before I did something I would regret. As I made it to the edge of where our forest ends before it goes into other people's lands I looked at the river. I sat down on a grassy soft dip close to the river. I just needed to relax and calm down. I don't want to scare Ava more than she is. I think I stayed there an hour before I heard a noise. I thought it was one of the boys until the familiar smell of Ava. Before I could turn around to react I felt a foot in my stomach. I didn't break a rib but the wind was knocked out of me. I turn around to see Jacob and his pack with my mate. I get up and growl. He smiles. Here's what he looks like.

I snarl as he gets behind Ava and the pack guys let go of her. She tries to get out of his hold but he's too strong. He puts his head on her shoulder as she starts breathing fast. I mind linking him for answers.
Me: What TF are you doing with my mate.
Jacob: Nothing. * smirks *
Me: What do you want?
Jacob: You know what I want.
Me: I'm not giving you it either.
( Their Backstory )
Jack and Jacob we're best friends since they were pups. They did like everything together. Jack's band wasn't made then. When they both turned 15 they had been chosen to take over the packs of their group. But Jacob killed another wolf because it was life or death. The other wolf started a fight so Jacob used self defense. But when the wolf stopped Jacob still kept beating him until he died instead of letting him live. The pack leaders took the spot away from Jacob and Jack didn't want to take the position because Jacob didn't get it. Jacob was also mad at Jack because he didn't side with him when the leaders made the decision. Jacob was then banished for his hate and anger towards his own kind.

So now Jacob can come back in the pack if he asks Jack to take his position back and changes the rule of Jacob being banished. Simple isn't it.
