Still Jonah's P.O.V.

Ava: So what's going to happen? * worried *

Me: Well, Corbyn has a friend of his that's going to let you crash at her place for a few weeks while we get our heat over with and so we don't hurt you.

Ava: It's a girl.

Me: Do you not like girls? * jokingly smiles *

Ava: Yeah, but I was just surprised considering I wouldn't expect a group of guys to be friends with girl's.

Me: Well your observation was wrong.

Ava: Yeah, I guess it was.

Me: Anyway you better go pack.

Ava: What's the girl's name?

Me: Christina Harris or Beauty Chickee.

Ava: Cool.

Me: Yeah but we have a problem.

Ava: What's that?

Me: Well we can take you to New York but the problem is we don't know who's going to go into heat next and we don't want you hurt.

Ava: I could drive on my own or get a flight.

Me: Well but then we would have to worry about you being taken.

Ava: I thought you took care of Jacob? * confused *

Me: We did but let's say he's not the only one out for revenge.

Ava: Meaning?

Me: Well there are other enemies that will try to take you as leverage because I'm the leader of this pack.

Ava: You made that many enemies?

Me: No, some are from the past with our ancestors.

Ava: Oh, well that makes sense.

Me: Just go pack. We'll get you to New York somehow.

Ava: Ok.

Ava's P.O.V.

Who knew a mate's life could be so stressful. Well that and also the guy's. I know it's not easy sharing, especially with someone you love. Plus all of this drama. At least they have some good steady friends to share their troubles with. I can't wait to meet Christina. I think we'll be best friends.
