Ning Ning's POV

"Hey! Yizhuo! How are you?" She asks me.

When did I sign up for this?

When did I sign up for a beautiful, talented girl who is THE JONGHYUN's sister asking me how I was?

Okay, let me answer honestly, miss KIM SUHA! I am a HUGE mess right now! My heart is all over the place and this only happens when I see you. I want to hold you responsible for this but-

I CAN'T EVEN TALK TO YOU PROPERLY!

With so many feelings and statements running through my head, I decided that it was best that I physically did the same.

I ran away.

Only for me to curse at myself at what I just did

I am DEFINITELY NOT OKAY. I NEED HELP.

I mean if its talking and doing more with Su-Ha then-

"OKAY NING COLLECT YOURSELF UP AND LET US GO", I said to myself hoping for a full day of not seeing Su-Ha or interacting with her. Because I hated the rise of feelings I felt when I was about 200 meters from her.

I enter the bathroom to change clothes and to look at myself for one last time before entering the torture chamber, where I will be judged for my month's efforts by some old weird men
I don't know, they give me a weird vibe

I entered the hallway as I saw people waiting to be judged for their month-long hard work.
As They called out " Ning Yizhuo" I stepped in with a lump in my throat.

As they turned on the music, I felt more at ease. I swayed to the beat, feeling my hair moving against my movements as I did a body roll.

I move my abdomen in a wavy motion, with my hands above my head, smirking as I feel the music rushing over me,

Honestly, I feel much better with the music on.

I felt the lyrics only this time, even though I have listened to the song so many times

As the music ended, I felt being tugged back to reality. I stood there looking at the man in a suit.

"Ning Yizhuo," he said "That dance performance was incredible. For the next month, we would like to see you do a vocal performance of a charismatic song. A song like The Hills would be preferred."

" Thanks a lot, Sir". I will do my best, I said shakily and left the room.

To say that I was over the moon was an understatement.

First of all, I was not sent home.

Second of all, I don't have to waste time looking for songs now. Or spend time learning difficult choreography.

"Thank you, god! I love you!" I said to myself, looking above in the sky.

Suha POV:

Though Confused, I have to move on.

I went into the restroom to check on myself and to attend the nature's calling when I saw Yizhuo,

Every time I try to get into a conversation, she just runs away or slurs something and avoids me.

"Am I That bad-looking?" I said to the mirror while checking myself out.

"N-no Suha-" said the very voice of the person I was thinking about.

NINGNING POV:

I finished singing the song and saw the judges smiling curtly as they were grading. One of the old men that were sitting in front of me said
" Yizhuo Ning, your charisma has become refined and you are also able to keep your vocals in check, we will be debuting you as NING NING in the group Aespa. You will be shifted to SM for the final stages of training and the paperwork."

OKAY, WHAT?!?!?!??!

I'M DEBUTING?!?!?

IN A GROUP?!?!?

I mean that is my whole point here but like-

I set my thoughts aside because now is not the right time. I just breathed a "Thank You" to the men and left the evaluation room and rushed to the near restroom stall because-

I need to get myself sorted.

First things first, I am debuting. I NEED TO TELL MY MOM ABOUT THIS
Second things I am debuting in THE SM ENTERTAINMENT!!!
But the third is kinda sad,

I will be leaving Suha,

I do have a lot of friends in the company but the one that I am thinking too much about is Suha. I need to get a hold of my feelings

But all that is coming out are tears

Of Happiness, and of Sadness of leaving the girl I like-

I hear her voice as I pick myself out of the stalls and she said "Am I That bad looking?" to the mirror.

"N-no Suha-" I said,

"It- you- um-" I stuttered, Sharply Inhaling, I go "You don't look bad Suha, you're the opposite, You are so pretty, sing so well, your rapping voice makes it hard to b-"

DID I JUST- THANK GOD SHE DIDN'T HEAR THE SECOND SENTENCE-

"Oh my god, Ningning! Thank you for the compliment! Do you mind me calling that?"

"Oh- I- I don't- mind you calling me like that"

I take a deep breath in and say

"Look over here Suha, I would just like to say that you are a really cool person and that you are so talented. You honestly made my time worthwhile here. You were shining too bright, I could not even talk to you properly without stuttering."

PAUSE

SHE IS LOOKING AT ME LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG

But Ningning this is your chance don't let it go!

"I want to let you know that I am debuting in SM in some 1-2 years. I will be gone from here. I really wanted to be friends with you and hang out with you on coffee dates and more. But I could not. Can I get your number now so that we can at least stay in touch when I'm not here?"

HuFFFF THAT WAS CLOSE-I didn't really realize I was holding my phone in my hand, watching some YT choreography all this time, before I talked to her, so she just picked my phone and hums "hmm good choice, you're also really flexible and charismatic, how sad that you don't get to practice for the monthly evaluations anymore... "Thanks, Su-Ha" I said Looking up at her,

AND WINKED

SHE WINKED AT ME

And she just left the restroom and left me speechless.
