Let Me Go - Angst

here we go - my first real attempt at angst

Laughing could be heard in the distance. Albedo and his boyfriend Kaeya, as always. They were always together and though Albedo was more of a serious person they went well with eachother. It was their 5th year anniversary and Albedo set up a picnic on Starsnatch Cliff, where he would sketch Kaeya and eat fruity skewers with him, while Kaeya would enjoy the time he almost never got with his beautiful boyfriend, and the both of them smiling until they fell asleep in eachothers arms.

Kaeya's POV

Let me go, dearest

It had been a year since he disappeared. I still couldn't bare to talk to anyone accept for people at the Favonious Headquarters. Jean and Lisa have already given up on searching. I decided to go on a walk around Monstadt and found myself near Starsnatched Cliff.

Memories of a year ago rushed into my head, and I soon was kneeling infront of the grave I put where our picnic had taken place for him. How I longed to hold him in my arms again. Even though I truthfully had given up I couldn't let him go. I don't even dare to speak his name but I miss him and love him too much to let him leave.
