Albedo's POV

I awoke in my bed, sweating but feeling really cold. My head was spinning and I felt really awful in general. Was this a side-effect of that potion I made in Dragonspine? How long would this last? Am I going to be able to babysit Klee and Qiqi like I promised?

Nobody's POV

Albedo was so stressed out that he didn't even notice he was crying. That was until he went to blow his nose and the tissue became wet on impact. Just then, Kaeya walked in and found out what the whimpering was from. His boyfriend was still in bed, crying his eyes out. Kaeya quietly walked over to Albedo and took him into a hug. Due to Albedo not noticing Kaeya was in the room at all, he was very surprised at this action.

The 2 lovers stayed in the embrace until Kaeya let go to stare at th3 blonde infront of him. He could automatically tell that Albedo was sick due to his pale face and rose pink nose. The ice man then started to ask Albedo if he had been coughing, sneezing, feel nauseated, or anything out of the ordinary. Kaeya then 'diagnosed' Albedo to having the common cold.

Albedo's POV

Kaeya told me I had a cold, which I haven't come into contact with ever. He then left the room and came back with a wet cloth and a bottle full of purple liquid. He gave me a small cup of the purple liquid and told me it was 'cough medicine' and to drink it. I reluctantly put the cup to my lips and then finished the medicine. It was very bad in taste, and the texture was almost chunky.

"Lay down," Kaeya said softly. He then put the cloth on my forehead. It was cold and felt nice, though water did drip down the sides of my face. "Do you need anything for now?" Kaeya asked. "I was supposed to babysit Klee and Qiqi today.." I replied slowly. "I'll take over for you, when we're you getting them?" I told him the time and place and he left giving me a kiss on the nose.

Kaeya's POV

I left Albedo to sleep after giving him medicine, then made some food for him. I then made Sunshine Sprat for him since it's his favorite food. Once I finished I realized I had to be at the statue of Barbatos in 5 minutes to pick up Klee and Qiqi. I rushed out of the house and up the stairs to the statue. I arrived to see Klee climbing the statue while Qiqi stared with a blank expression.

Klee finally got down and I explained to the 2 girls that Albedo had come down with a cold and that he'd be better soon. Klee was kinda sad but she understood while Qiqi just stared into space like usual. The 3 of us decided to go shopping for ingredients and then stop by Cats Tail to see the kittens. Klee loves cats and Qiqi found them.. interesting? I don't really know how to explain her feelings towards anything.

~A Few Hours Later~

Albedo's POV

The light is so bright.. wait what im still in bed? I let my eyes adjust to the light before looking around for anything weird. I saw tissues on the ground and a lot of them. I soon got up and trudged over to the door to the rest of the house. I walked into the kitchen and saw a little note on the counter which read

   Dear Albedo <3
        I am currently out with Klee and Qiqi, and there is some food for you in the fridge. I hope you feel better after you eat :)

I then opened the fridge to find Sunshine Sprat, which I don't honestly know what I expected. I smiled and took the dish out, and ate it happily. As I finished I heard the door unlock, and suddenly Klee and Qiqi came through with Kaeya behind them. My beloved boyfriend looked very worn out as Klee did well- Klee things. She stopped doing her Klee things when she noticed I was standing practically right infront of her. "ALBEDOOO!!!" she squealed as she ran up to me. I quickly swooped down and picked her up. I looked back over to Qiqi and she was smiling. I walked over to her with Klee still in one arm and gave her a pat on the head.

I then put Klee down and walked over to Kaeya. His eyes looked tired and his whole posture just looked tired. I took his hand and led him to our room where he basically collapsed on our bed. I felt his forehead and he was pretty warm. I then deducted that he was now sick, which means I had to give him that purple liquid. I didn't want to. That liquid is gross. But alas I ended up giving him some and then he fell asleep almost immediately after.

After I made sure Kaeya was comfortably sleeping I went to go check up on Klee and Qiqi. Klee was fast asleep on Qiqi, of course. Surprisingly, Qiqi didn't seem to mind. She looked very happy actually. I slowly closed the door and headed back to our room. I left the door open slightly and sunk into bed with Kaeya. He shifted over and took me into his arms. "Albedo.. your so prettyyy" he whispered. All I could do is smile. We soon fell asleep together.

OH MY GOD THIS TOOK FOREVER. hopefully the length makes up for that
