It was 31 December, Tom's birthday. I jumped out of bed and ran to my dorm and got dressed. We are going to wait to tell everyone about our engagement till they get back.
I quicly put the 3 presents I got him on the table and run up to him. I see that he was still sleeping. I lean in and kiss him softly. "Wake up birthday boy." I whisper. "Freya let me sleep, its just any other day." He turned around facing away from me. "Nope it aint. Lift your lazy butt or no kisses for a week." I said and he sat up. "The things I do for you woman." He stands up and gets ready. He comes looking handsome as ever. I pull him and give him his presents. "Love don't you think Christmas was enough?" He asked. "NoPe!" I said popping the p. "Thank you." He said kissing my cheek. He opens the first one which is a black leather bag where he can carry his school books in. The second present is different kind of quills. One writes on it's own whatever you are thinking, one has never ending ink. "That one lets you write on your arm any message and it will appear on the person you want to recieve the message to. It only requires a drop of your blood and mime and who ever else you want to write something to. It dissapears after a few seconds." He kisses me. "Thank you love." The third present is a ring. "The ring is the same as my neclace."

We walked away from Hogwarts towards Daigon Alley. I took him to a resturant and a few places. When we got back to Hogwarts he had a few packages on his bed from our friends.
The rest of the day we stayed in bed. Nagini and Anubis had the wrong idea from what presents for humans are and brought Tom a dead fox. Try explaining to two baby snakes what human presents are. I think if someone walkes in on us they would think we were crazy. Anubis loves curling up on my shoulder behind my hair and Nagini is either under her rock or on Tom. Usually in the pocket of his robes. "Matessss." Nagini hissed. "What?" I asked Tom. "I sense mates." Nagini is still lesrning so we just ignored her.
