Only Time Will Tell (Tom Riddle)

Part 22 ~ Birthday Girl

I woke up alone in Tom's bed. I groaned feeling the coldness next to me. I stood up and finished up for the day. Tom is probably already down for breakfast which is strange, he never goes without me.

I make my way to the great hall and as I open the doors everyone, and I mean everyone in the entire school yelled, "Happy Birthday!" I stood there shocked. I forgot it was my birthday. With everything that happened, it slipped my mind. I thanked everyone. A group of students rolled out a massive birthday cake.

My eyes grew. Ronnie approached me. "Okay so this is also wedding cake tasting. Each layer is a different flavor so make sure you try each layer. Also it is spelled so the cake doesnt finish before tonight. So its an all you cab eat till 9 tonight." I thanked her and she ran off. Tom came up to me. "Hapoy Birthday Darling." He said kissing me. "Thank you but did you plan all of this." I asked. "Not by myself. All our friends helped and some students even heloed with decorating." I looked around the great hall to see black and silver decorations which made me smile."STOP SNOGGING SO WE CAN HAVE CAKE!" Lestrange yelled making everyone laugh Exept Tom who was glaring daggers into him.

The whole school sang for me and we had cake for breakfast. True to my word I ate a part of all the layers. I layed on my arms. "NEVER...EATING...AGAIN!" I said making the group laugh. "So which oart did you guys like most?" Ronnie asked me and Tom. "Choclate." We both replied. "Present time!" Dippet yelled causing me to groan because I was stuffed. Tom helped me up. I saw a huge heap of presents and My mouth fell open, did evey student in hogwarts get me something? I could only open a few since classes started soon. The first one I opened was the newest broom which I already knew were from Malfoy, I thanked him. There was too many presents to open in oneday. The Hogwarts house elves helped to take everything to the Riddle manor. We did'nt know what to call our estate so we are going with Riddle manor. Whenever we get a chance we go there to decorate our home. Tom connected the fireplace in our dorm room to the fireplace in the manor, so that we can go there threw the floo network. My friends gave me their presents apart from the rest. Lestrange got me a muggle book on where babies come from making me die of laughter and he also got me a few jewelery pieces. Ronnie actually got me a whole living room set that was already set up at the manor.

We decided to keep to tradition and move in after the wedding. The rest of the day was filled with classes and homework. At dinner some first year girls came to give me charmed bracelets which were absolutely adorable. By the end of dinner I felt tired. I went up to where Dippet usually stand and thanked everyone for everything.

Me and Tom walked back to our dorm rooms. "Now I can give you my present." Tom reached for a box and handed it to me. In the box was a dragon egg. I gasped. To find one is extremely rare.

I jumped into his arms. "Thank you so much!" I rested my head on his chest. I am so thankful for having the friends I have, the fiance I have, just everything.

Luckily the next day was a Saterday and me and Ronnie are going to sit down and talk wedding stuff while Tom and the rest of the boys go to the manor. We got a few house elves and after I talked and threatend them, they promised to treat the house elves with respect.

Me and Ronnie made our way to the three broomsticks and ordered butterbeers. "So I was thinking of maybe holding a second wedding at Hogwarts were everyone can attend." I said. She nodded. We talked about the venue. "What about we hold it at the manor? You have a massive ballroom and it's only going to be us." I nodded liking her idea. She showed me ideas and by that afternoon both weddings were planned. For our second wedding we are just going to re use some stuff.

We made our way back to Hogwarts and met up with the boys. "I missed you." Tom whispered in my ear. "I missed you too." I said snuggling deeper into his chest. "I want to show you something." Tom said. I followed him to the fireplace. "You may only see the manor on our wedding day so I am going to blindfold you till we get to the room I want to show you." He said and put a blind fold on me. I smiled and took his hand. "RIDDLE MANOR!" He said loudly and I could feel us pulling and moving. "Mind your step love." He held my hand as I stepped out. My heels echoed threw the manor as I walked on our stone floors. We went up the steps and he walked with me. "You can look now." He took off my blindfold and we stood infront of massive doors I realise as one of the ballrooms. He opened the door and my mouth flew open. He turned the entire ballroom so that it looks like a rainforest. Trees streched to the roof. There was even a sunroof. The air around us were spelled to feel and smell like a rainforest. "Anubis and Nagini are getting bigger so I thought maybe we should give them a piece of their true home." He said. I turned around and hugged him. "This is amazing!" I loved how he treated our snakes as if they were real children. I even heard insects. He assured me it is spelled that nothing except humans and snakes can leave this room. I stayed there as Tom flood back to get Nagini and Anubis. I heard his shoes on the floor and two snakes slythering behind him. "Home." Tom said in parseltongue. The two snakes happily went in and slythered up tree branched and Nagini even found a new cave to sleep in. Anubis sleeps wherever he wants. I smiled all the way back to Hogwarts.
