𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐬
3rd POV
The next moment the team went to go to the island. They ended up in a cart being driven by a man on his bike.
Sofia's POV
We eventually made it to the dock and climbed into a rickety boat and met Pepe from BuzzFeed Mexico. We all talked a bit and Ryan told the camera that we were currently in the old Aztec canals on our way to the terryfying island of the dolls. I for one was not excited. I did not like dolls one bit, I don't know why but they've always creeped me out. Shane could sense my nervousness and gave my thigh a reasuring squeezed. I smiled and kissed his cheek gently. The rest of the ride went pretty smoothly and we arrived on the island. It was raining slightly as we got off the boat.
"Shall we?" Ryan asked. Shane took a step forward.
"Yup." He said. Ryan looked at me and I shrugged following closely behind Shane.
"Okay you two go first." He said. Shane and I walked through the fence opening.
"An ominous cloud in the sky. Some very, very atmospheric thunder." Shane said. I rolled my eyes still staying close to him.
"Well this seems all horrible and awful in general." Ryan exclaimed.
"I hate this place already." I said grabbing onto Shanes arm. He chuckled and kissed my head.
"It's alright, my dear-" He whispered. "I'll be right here with you the whole time." I smiled gratefully.
"Look, there's spiders everwhere, so that's nice." Ryan said. I looked around, fascinated by all the spiders.
"I'm more concerned about the spiders than the ghosts." Shane said.
"Don't worry Shane, I'll be right here with you the whole time." I mocked him. He rolled his eyes and smiled.
The sun began to set and soon it was completely dark out. Our only source of light being the moon and our flashlights.
"This island is not as pleasant at night." Ryan said. Shane looked at Pepe.
"So Pepe, you're telling me you don't come here every weekend?" He asked. I laughed.
"No, t-this is not one of my favourite places." Pepe replied. The boys laughed,
"You and me both dude." I said, patting his shoulder and he blushed. I saw Shane glare at him in the corner of my eye. I turned to him and scolded.
"Tsk tsk Shyamil. No need to be jealous. I'm all yours." I told him.
"Don't give me that look darling. I wasn't jealous." He replied. I rolled my eyes and smiled.
"What are you smiling at Sof? You look crazy." Ryan asked. I looked at him.
"Sorry Ryan, I just got lost in my thoughts is all." I explained. He shrugged and continued walking.
After Ryan did his history lesson we continued to explore and saw a little hut.
"Oh look! A teddy bear." Pepe pointed out. I approached the hut to look at it.
"Oh fuck, a spider." He said. I shrieked and ran. Ryan and Shane laughed at me. I hid behind Shane.
"Don't laugh you asshole." I yelled. He turned around and wrapped his arm around my waist.
"Don't worry babe, I'll protect you." He said.
"Babe?" I asked. He shrugged.
"I don't know, it's cute and it suits you." He explained. I smiled and we continued on, Shane's arm still around my waist.
We went to go get some more shots of the dolls, Ryan and Pepe ahead of us. I glanced around worried. Dolls themselves creeped me out enough but these were 10 times worse. Over half of them were dirty and ripped, some even had spiders living on them. I subconsciously moved closer to Shane, trying to stay as far away from the dolls as possible. He gently squeezed my hip and kissed my forehead.
"They're just dolls, dear. They can't hurt you." He assured me.
"Umm what if they're possessed and they follow us home and kill me?" I asked. He laughed.
"I'll fight all of them to save you."
"Are you sure you can take them all? I mean there's like a million dolls here." I laughed. He ducked down slightly and kissed me. I kissed back wrapping my arms around his neck. We pulled apart and he whispered.
"I would do anything for you, my love." I placed my forehead against his.
"What did I do to deserve you?" I smiled and he gave my lips a peck.
"Hurry up you guys! I wanna go get some shots of the house with Julian's favourite dolls." Ryan exclaimed. We pulled away and Shane took my hand into his, then we followed Ryan and Pepe.
We arrived at the shine shed. It was creepy as fuck. Dolls were hung up everywhere along the walls and even some on the ceiling. There were lit candles inside and the whole place just had a creepy vibe to it.
"I did bring a little doll of my own." Ryan said.
"You dumbass! you're attaching yourself to this place." I exclaimed.
"You better hope no demon dolls follow us back home." Shane said. Ryan ignored us and went inside. I followed him in dragging Shane with me.
"This seems like a good spot to leave it right?" Ryan asked. "Or should I put it in the lap of the original?" I facepalmed with my free hand.
"This place is a fuckin' nightmare." Shane said. I nodded and held his arm.
"There's the original right here" Ryan pointed out as we made our way to the back of the shed.
"What? Where?" Shane asked not seeing it.
"The one that looks-" Ryan was interupted by something falling over. I jumped and hid my face in Shane's arm. "What the fuck was that?"
"Oh fuck, oh fuck, the dolls are coming for us." I said.
"Holy shit balls!" Ryan exclaimed. Shane laughed. "I was just about to put the offering on the original doll, and then--"
"Holy shit look at the spider coming out of it." Shane said and pointed to a doll.
"Oh my god!" Ryan exclaimed.
"Fuck this man." I said. Shane nodded.
"Yeah these are fuckin' huge, let's go." He said. We began to walk out when Ryan pointed at one of the dolls.
"This is also his favourite doll right here." He said.
"Okay, I don't care what his favourite- fuck that, let's go." Shane replied. Ryan laughed.
"Oh fuck they're everywhere!" I said not even caring about the dolls anymore. There were thousands of webs above us housing hundreds of spiders.
"Look at the size of that thing." Pepe said. I shrieked and back away into Shane. Ryan looked above.
"I'm gonna go under, hee hee!" He exclaimed.
"Okay, okay we've had our fun." Shane said.
"Let's get the fuck outta here." I suggested.
After a few minutes of navigating the island and avoiding potentially venomous spiders we made it to the dock. We got on the boat and left that creepy ass, spider infested island. "BYE BITCH!' I yelled back and the guys all laughed.
"I like spiders, I think spiders are good, I think they're a great little insect- or arachnid, uh but fuck everything about that place." Shane laughed.
"I would love to bring Father Thomas to this island."
"I don't think Father Thomas would be that down." Ryan said.
"You can't exorcise spiders man." I agreed with him.
A few hours later we said goodbye to Pepe and were on our way to the airport to go to our final location of the episode. The Sallie House. I wasn't scared, I knew there was some negative energy in the house but nothing an angel can't fix. Plus I think it'll be fun to see Ryan squirm, and I know Shane's got a few tricks up his sleeve. Eventually we got through security and boarded the plane. This time I got a window seat and Shane sat next to me. The flight consisted of us watching scary movies on the small screen and me and Shane laughing at how paranoid Ryan is. I put my head on Shane's shoulder and felt him kiss my forehead. I smiled and soon fell asleep, excited to see what the Sallie House had to offer.
