I held Tommy close, kissing his forehead and walked away from the main smp. I head people talking and hid, summoning my rods and preparing for the worst.
"who- is that Tommy?!"
I turned, holding Tommy closer, growling and pointing my rods at the person.
"who are you."
"i-im Jack manifold... Who are- you're that dude from a while back!"
He said pointing at me, I nodded and turned walking away from him. Tommy's knuckles where still fucked up pretty bad.
"what happened to him?"
Jack asked, walking along side me.
"he was chased by the eggpire, he got trapped and had to dig out bare handed."
I said, looking at Tommy sighing.
"oh... I-... I have some bandages. You can use them for him, I have to get to the prison."
"why there?"
I asked, sitting and wrapping Tommy's knuckles.
"that's where we hunkered down, can't leave with this egg business."
I nodded and got up, looking from Tommy.
"the egg is partly destroyed. You should be okay and the vines will reduce slightly, I'd go to the snow area. The cold climate kills the vines."
He looked bewildered and nodded, hurrying the direction of the prison. I checked around and spread my wings, launching into the air and flying to the Arctic. I flew down and landed, looking at Tommy and frowning. I hoped I could provide protection for him. That's my job. I grit my teeth and then jumped, feeling something cling to my leg.
"dada? Is papa okay?"
Hades whimpered, reaching for Tommy. I kneeled down, showing him Tommy.
"he's okay, champ, he's just tiered. Let's go to your uncles okay?"
Hades nodded wearily, grabbing one of my hands, we walked to their house and opened the door. I saw tubbo and ranboo in the living room, the latter pacing worriedly.
"I'm here."
The looked up, Michael walking down the stairs.
"oh gosh- is he okay?!"
"what happened?!"
after id put tommy in a room upstairs the door slammed open, revealing eret, who was painting and held a distressed look.
"I-is he okay?"
They said between pants, holding themselves against the wall. I nodded and turned holding him, the kids ran upstairs.
"he just passed out due to stress, I wrapped his hands so he should be good."
"again, what happened?"
Ranboo interrupted. I explained the events that occurred, eret explained in more detail due to his foresight.
To say that the duo where enraged would be an understatement, the finer details making me equal parts angry and curious. Since when had tommy had a decay power, how hadn't the egg fully decayed, was the power new to him too? I sat and mulled it over, looking over the others, tubbo seeming to have stopped this march to the shed, [what he kept there is past me but-] and ranboo seemed to be calm, but the frantic and violently flickering of his tail said other wise.
"do we tell phil? and techno?"
"lets put the kids to bed first, they need sleep."
Ranboo and i walked to their room but paused as we heard a quiet noise from tommy's, we looked to eachother and nodded walking over. The soft sound of an acoustic guitar echoed through the door. i saw ranboo bob his head to the beat a small smile on his lips soon a quiet voice joined.
"Fly me to the moon~"
I looked at ranboo as he shared my amazed look.
"And let me play among the stars~
Let me see what spring is like
On Jupiter and Mars~"
i crept open the door and smiled at the sight that greeted me.

Tommy was sat againts his head board and playing the guitar as the two children where layed on his lap.

he ruffled Hades hair smiling.

he continued to play, his eyes closed as me and ranboo walked in waiting for him to finish, smiling all the while.

he took his hands from the strings as he smiled.

he watched over them with an adoring look in his eye.
"In other words-"
he looked up and saw us, his smile dropping as he blushed, i smiled. walking to his side and taking a deep breath.
"In other words~
I love you~"
he smiled sheepishly and moved the wings on his head.
"when did you guys get here?"
he whispered, i smiled and kissed hi forehead.
"since you started singing."
ranboo smiled and picked up micheal, teleporting to gods know where, i smiled and hugged him.
"sleep, tomorrow im heading out with some others, okay?"
he nodded sleepily and laid doen, holding hades and smiling, i put the guitar on a chair and laid down hugging hades as well.
