EPISODE FIVE
Friday, Election day. Voting is still ongoing in every class. The final calculation of votes will be counted at 3pm. But just this day, before the calculation began, a student manipulated the number of votes without us knowing. Finally, every partylist members gathered on the stage to wait for the announcement of the winners. The students were also gathered there to watch. During the moment, I was praying to God. I’m nervous and excited. Whew.
Atlast, dumating na rin ang former communication officer at ang SC adviser. Hawak hawak ang result ng Election. Lahat ng members ng partylist namin ay nanalo except sakin. Na shock lahat lalong lalo na si Elle, ang candidate namin for presidency who just won. “Somebody has to be behind this!”. Sabi nya. Galit na galit. Dissapointed kami ni Tristan. Teary-eyed ako. Ni-recheck nila yung number of votes. Biglang nagsalita si Kira Rhat, ang estudyanteng nanalo bilang sergeant.
KIRA RHAT: Why do you have to re-check? Obvious naman na ako ang dapat na manalo diba? Besides, Li is very incompetent. I deserve this. (Ouch, ansaket nun ah?.)
SC President ELLE: Shut up. We already know the culprit behind this manipulation. We have a suspect.
KIRA RHAT: Don’t tell me, pinagdududahan nyo ko, just because I won? Tanggapin nyo nalang ang pagkatalo ni Xienne. Hindi naman kawalan yun sa inyo diba? Ayaw nyo ba sakin?
SC President ELLE: It’s not that. It’s just too impossible na ikaw yung mananalo.
KIRA RHAT: Ah ganon?! (Lumapit kay Elle at sinabunutan.)
SC President ELLE: Sergeants! (Lumapit si Tristan at si Xienne at inawat sila. Then, biglang dumating si new secretary Alessanna.)
Sec. ALESSANA: Ms.President, I’ve already brought the evidence. (Inserts the disc in the player and showed the video through LCD Projector.) This is the proof that the culprit, Kira Rhat manipulated the number of votes and switched with Xienne’s.
KIRA RHAT: (Hiyang-hiya.) Hindi ito maari!! >.< ( Magwawalkout na sana, pero biglang nagsalita ang SC Adviser, natigilan siya.).
SC Adviser: Kira, please head to the office tomorrow with your parents.
KIRA RHAT: (Nagwalk-out, ay hindi, nagrun-out nang tuluyan, umiiyak, galit.)
FORMER SC Communication Officer: (Biglang nagsalita with microphone.) Ladies and Gentlemen, here are the official Student Council Officers, namely, Ms.Elle Lebron as the new Student Council President, (Applause.) Lloyd El Salvador as the Vice President, (Applause.) Ms .Alessanna Gomez as the new Secretary (Applause.), Mr. Nikko Lewis, our communication officer (“.), Mr. Harold Castellar, the treasurer (“.), Mr. Kei Hanazawa, our Auditor, and lastly our official sergeant at arms, Tristan Lee and Xienne Li. (Applause.)
During those moments, I found joy in my heart. I feel like my heart was renewed. Finally, I smiled for the first time again.
TRISTAN: Congrats!
XIENNE: (Looks at him and smiles.)
TRISTAN: (Startled.) O.O
XIENNE: Thanks. (Smiles charmingly.)

Later on, Elza, Anna, and Carlo came to congratulate us. Yun! Pinansin na nila ko! :D
ELZA: Congrats, Shen. (Shakes hands with me.) Sayo din, Tristan. (Shakes hands with him.)
CARLO: Kung hindi dahil samin, hindi kayo mananalo. Kaya dapat pasalamatan nyo kami.
XIENNE: SALAMAT! :D
TRISTAN: Thanks!
CARLO: Teka, totoo ba to? Si Shen, nakangiti?
ANNA: Dahil dyan, let’s throw a party later!
ELZA: At sa’n naman tayo?
ANNA: E di kina Shen! Surely matutuwa yung parents ni Shen ‘pag nalaman nila ‘to.
ELZA: Korak ka dyan!
TRISTAN: (Napangiti kay Xienne at napatitig.) <3 [ANG CUTE NIYA.]
XIENNE: (Napatingin kay Tristan, nagtaka, umirap.)
TRISTAN: O ~ </3 (Yun lang! XD.)

Later on around 6pm, they were at my house to throw party. They told Mom what happened a while ago.
MAMA: Oh talaga? Etong anak ko di man lang nagsabi, edi sana nagastusan pa natin yung campaign niyo.
XIENNE: Hindi na kaylangan ‘yon.
MAMA: Buti naman nanalo ka. E di Masaya ka na ngayon? Alam mo anak I’m so proud of you!
XIENNE: Thanks.
ELZA: Naku, tama na nga ‘yan, nagrereklamo na si Tummy ee. Kain na tayo!
CARLO: Tara na!
Habang kumakain, Bigla kong naisipan itanong kung ang dahilan ba kung bakit hindi nila ako pinapansin ay dahil dun sa sinabi ko nung Sabado. Pinaliwanag ni Elza ang lahat sakin.
ELZA: Alam mo kasi, Shen, kilala ka namin. Hindi mo narerealize yung kahalagahan ng mga bagay na nasa paligid mo unless mawala sila sayo.
CARLO: In short, hindi mo kami pinapahalagahan.
ELZA: Yun ang dahilan kung bakit hindi ka namin pinapansin. Feeling mo kasi pasan mo buong daigdig eh, andito naman kame.
ANNA: Gusto lang naming marealize mo yung importance namin. Hindi yung Andy ka ng Andy dyan!
ELZA: Mag-move on ka na nga!
XIENNE: Hindi ko kaya!!
ELZA: Anong hindi mo kaya? Baka ayaw mo lang talaga.
ANNA: Nakachat ko kanina sa FB si Andy, kinakamusta ka.
XIENNE: Talaga? ( Napangiti.)
ANNA: Syempre joke lang yun! Makareact naman ‘to, over! Tska ano ka ba? Wala nang pakialam sayo yun!
XIENNE: </3 T.T (Natigilan siya.)
ANNA: Ay sorry! Kumakain pala tayo. Sige kain lang nang kain! Isipin niyo bahay nyo ba ‘to. (Nagtawanan lahat.)

Pagkatapos kumain, habang nasa sala, pinalibutan nila ako na tila may kung anong gagawin..
ELZA: Makinig ka, Shen! Kapag hindi mo pa tinigilan yang Andy na yan hinding-hindi ka na talaga namin kakausapin!
ANNA: Wag ka mag-alala, tutulungan ka naming magmove-on.
XIENNE: Hah? Ano? Teka ~
CARLO: Shhh! Makinig ka muna kasi!!
XIENNE: O-Okay?
