The sun shone through the curtains, illuminating the darkened room with light. The clock has struck exactly 7:00, causing the whole room to ring with the obnoxious sound of the blaring alarm. Y/N groggily sat up from bed, and wiped her eyes, while yawning. She glanced over at her nightstand and turned off the alarm, filling the room with silence once more. With great amounts of patience, she stood up from bed and stretched her weakened limbs. She made her way to her closet, in the corner of the room, and pulled out her freshly and newly ironed uniform. She ran her fingers along the silky, blood red cardigan and sighed. "I suppose it's better than nothing" She mumbled with significant disappointment.

After changing into the assigned attire, she made her way downstairs, walking through endless hallways, and massive corridors. Once she reached the end of the stairs, she made her way to the kitchen, and walked over to the dining table, where her father was patiently sitting, she took a seat beside him. He glanced up from his morning paper and smiled. "Good morning, Y/N, did you sleep well?" She nodded, hesitantly. 'Even though he asks, he doesn't care..So why tell him the truth..?' "I slept fine, thanks for asking." He smiled and nodded. "You want anything for breakfast? I can have Alice fix you something real fast.." Y/N hesitated and gripped the edge of the chair tightly, whilst biting her lip. She solemnly glanced over at the clock, that hung on the living room wall, right above the window. '7:23..I have to be there at 8:00..And it takes about half an hour to get there..' It was tempting, but she decided to politely decline. "I'll pass, thank you." She didn't have to even look to know that he was frowning. "I would like it if you at least ate something Y/N/N, I don't want you going to school with an empty stomach.." Y/N nodded and took a glance towards the kitchen. She looked back at him, with a slight wandering stare. "Could I just get some fruit or something?" He nodded, with obvious hesitation. She just shook her head and grabbed the fruit from the fruit bowl, and her lunch from the fridge. She walked over to the front door, of the gigantic mansion-like house and looked over at the clock once again. '7:31, if I leave now I'll be sure to make it on time.' She glanced back towards the kitchen, and waved a simple farewell to her father, who didn't even bother responding, which she already expected of him to do anyways.

She walked along the cobblestone pathways, throwing her school bag over her shoulder with an exhausted sigh. Her fingers traced along the soft lustrous petals of the roses, which were sprinkled in morning dew. She retread back her hand and kept her head facing forward, keeping an average walking pace. She passed by a few people on the way there, who did what they usually did..

Stared

Despite having beautiful features, everything about Y/N was gorgeous. From her smile, to her laugh, to her amazing and passionate curiosity. She's never been exactly the "social" type of person, but with her curiosity with people, she has no problem maintaining a healthy conversation. Of course that doesn't necessarily mean she's easy to talk to. She has many hidden secrets, to which she even tries to conceal from herself. But she will always be able to keep a stable communication system when talking to someone, even without mentioning anything about herself. Though sometimes she does wonder what it's like to be able to trust someone enough to let them know your secrets. Like a friend. Although she has plenty of those. She's quite popular in and out of school. But she does struggle to have any actual feeling In friendships. She doesn't really even find them to be a priority. To her, it doesn't really matter who likes you, or who doesn't, they're not stopping you from living your own life.

Are the words she usually lived by..

Rain water filled the cobblestone cracks, and she mentally cursed herself. 'Damn it..I didn't know it was going to rain..' She made her way up to the entrance of the school, and raced up to her usual group of 'friends'. She was immediately engulfed in a hug, by Yumeko, one of her main friends. Beside her stood Ryota, and Mary. Though sometimes she somewhat debated on wether her and Mary were close enough to be called friends. Y/N sighed and patted Yumeko's back, giving her the signal to let go. "We were waiting for you Y/N/N!" Yumeko practically shouted, in her usual, cheerful tone. Y/N raised an eyebrow in suspicion and looked at the other two.

"Really?"

"Of course!" Ryota said smiling nervously. Y/N nodded and looked over at Mary with a smirk. "How about you?" Mary scoffed. "I suppose it'd be boring without you here.." Y/N grinned, and eyed her with a playful glare. Mary looked back over at her with the same expression. "I'm not going to say I'd miss you, because I wouldn't." "Sure you wouldn't" Y/N replied with another smirk. "Yea, I wouldn't, stupid. Quit suggesting that I would." Y/N chuckled. "I never did suggest anything, dumb ass" Mary opened her mouth to retort, but closed it and glared at her. "Damn you." They all chuckled as they made their way into school. The loud corridors of Hyakkaou Academy were bustling with students, it even appeared that there were some gambling matches already being held.

The four friends made their way to their classroom, until Y/N paused. "Hang on, I need to go use the bathroom, I'll be back." They nodded and smiled as they continued on walking. Y/N made her way through the halls, trying her best to avoid everyone's gaze. The bell had already rang, so she had to hurry. While walking through the nearly emptied passageways, she bumped into someone, and they both ended on the ground. She groaned and gripped her head, while looking up to see who she bumped into, and her eyes widened. "Vice President?" The girl quickly nodded and reached for her mask, but Y/N grabbed it before she did. The platinum blonde looked up at her with horror, almost as if she's just seen a ghost.

"W-would you m-mind giving it b-back? Pl-please?" She spoke in a soft and quiet voice, with a crimson red coated face. Y/N eyed her with suspicion as she stood up and picked up her things, then stuck her hand out, allowing her to take it. She began shaking slightly, as she stretched out her own hand for her to grab, and Y/N pulled her up. She didn't make eye contact, and Y/N rolled her eyes. "I've already seen what you've looked like now, what's the point in still trying to hide what's already been seen?" She shuffled her feet and looked up, with a faint blush crawling up to the tips of her ears. "Can I please have it back now?" Y/N sighed and handed her back the mask, and she quickly put it back on. Y/N leaned against the wall, with a an emotionless expression on her face. "So, Vice President-" "Please just call me Ririka." Y/N stopped talking and gazed at her. "I-I just p-prefer it..m-more.." Y/N nodded and sighed again. "Why are you acting like a scared puppy? I'm not going to hurt you." Ririka looked down and nodded. "R-right..sorry.." Y/N shook her head and moved off against the wall and began walking in the direction of class, before turning around to look back at her. "I take it you're the presidents twin?" She nodded. Y/N bit her lip. "Just so you know, you should keep the mask off. You look better without it on" Ririka squeaked and turned away before hurriedly running off into the other direction. Y/N sighed and rolled her eyes. "Can't even accept a damn compliment.." She mumbled as she made her way back to class. 'I Don't even have any time to use the bathroom now..We're already fifteen minutes into the period..' she huffed, as she continued walking. And although she hated to admit it,
