Dave's POV

"Daddy where are we going?" Kairi asked from the backseat, I tapped the steering wheel and took a left onto Millie's street. Millie been begging me to see Kairi and Chris has ran into her a couple of times, he said that she looks better than before and she has her own business, she sells waist trainers.

"We're going to visit someone" I said and pulled into her driveway, she was sitting outside painting her toenails. Once she saw my truck she immediately stood up and smiled, I sighed and rubbed my face while turning around to look at Kairi who was staring at me.

"Don't tell your mom okay?" I said and she nodded while looking out at Millie then at me. I got out of the car and opened the back door unbuckling Kairi's seatbelt. She hopped out of the car while I closed the door and locked em. I grabbed Kai's hand and walked over to Millie. She looked hella different and put on a few pounds.

"Oh my god she's gotten so big, Oh my god" Millie said while on the verge of the tears, I nodded and Kairi just stared at her. If Ariana finds out about me being here she's going to kill me and I don't have time for that shit.

"Daddy, I wanna go home" Kairi said while letting my hand go and running to the car, I sighed and looked at Millie.

"Look Millie.... I can't keep doing this, she already sees my wife as her mom and I'm not trying to confuse her aight? You should've been there for her when she was younger, Kairi's older now and she has little to no memory about you. I know it hurts to see another woman be the mother of your child but you gon have to deal with it aight? And please stop coming by my job and asking for me because if my wife finds out she's going to beat both our asses" I said and Millie nodded while tears fell from her eyes. I sighed and pulled her into a hug while rubbing her back. She sobbed into my chest while holding onto me.

"DADDY I WANT TO GO NOW!" Kairi screamed and I snapped my head towards her giving her a look causing her to look down at her shoes. I let Millie go and kissed her forehead then walked over to the car unlocking the doors. I helped Kairi inside and jogged over to my side getting in, I started the car and pulled off going back home. The whole ride Kairi was quiet and she kept staring out the window. I pulled up to our house and Kairi helped herself out of the car. Ariana was outside on the porch with Yosohn, Shirley and Tae. Kairi ran up to Ariana and hugged her neck while burying her face in her neck, I sighed and rubbed the side of my neck while sitting in the car, I pulled my phone out and scrolled through Twitter for a little while then got out of the car locking the doors.

"Daddy!" Yosohn said while running to me, I chuckled and picked him up. Chris's car pulled up and I saw him and Dream get out the car. I looked over at Ariana who rolled her eyes and got up to go inside, I licked my bottom lip and followed behind her.

"Mommy can we go in the pool? Just me and you?" Kairi asked causing me to frown at her, damn she don't fuck with me anymore?

"Yeah baby go ask Daddy to put your bathing suit on" Ariana said and Kairi glared at me while running upstairs. Ariana followed behind her, I chuckled and put Yosohn down, Shirley came inside with Dream behind her.

"Can you just tell Ariana I need to talk to her please" Dream said as she followed Shirley into the kitchen, I shook my head and rubbed my face while sitting on the edge of the couch. Chris came inside with Tae behind him and they sat down on the couch.

"I took Kairi to go see Millie" I blurted out and Chris chuckled while making a confused face, Tae just stared at me with his eyebrow raised.

"Oh Ariana's going to kill you" Tae said while shaking his head and sitting back. I sighed and pinched the bridge of my nose.

"Nigga just be honest with her, y'all are married no need to keep secrets from her bro" Chris said and I sighed cause it wasn't even that easy. I promised Ariana that I would never let Millie around Kairi again, especially after Kairi told us about the dream she had about her.

"It's better said than done Chris, she's not like Dream she's not going to accept that shit she's going to go off then ignore his ass" Tae said and Chris sucked his teeth. Chris had another baby on Dream but it was while they were on a break and Dream accepted his apology, Ariana's not like that though she's not going to accept that fact that I let a female who didn't even want her own kid around Kairi.

"Mannn I'll tell her later on or something, that's if Kairi hasn't already told her" I spoke and Tae rolled his eyes as Kairi and Ariana walked downstairs with bathing suits on, I bit my lip at Ariana while she walked to the kitchen holding Kairi's hand. I got up and followed behind them, Shirley was sitting on the counter with Yosohn in her lap as he played with her long ass nails. Dream was sitting at the island on her phone, Ariana glared at her before opening the screen door and walking outside to the backyard. We all followed her and I sat down on one of the beach chairs we had, Shirley sat Yosohn next to me while Dream sat on the other side of me with Chris.

"Can you tell your wife I really need to speak to her, I know what I did was wrong but she's been going through shit and I have too, the shit was just sitting there collecting dust" Dream spoke and before I could say something Ariana popped up in front of me.

"Shirley and Tae had customers going in and out of OUR salon Dream so it wasn't just sitting there collecting fucking dust! I told you I was going to return to work since Dave isn't going on tour anymore but no you still insisted on selling that shit! I can forgive you but I won't fucking forget just remember that, you're supposed to be my best friend but you don't even act like it anymore and I saw you hanging with out Alexis.... you're moving hella weird and I don't like that so please leave my house" She said while taking a seat on my lap, I pulled back into me and rubbed her bare waist. Dream looked at her like she was about to cry.

"Ariana I'm sorry okay! I'll give you the money that you put into the salon... I don't wanna lose you as a friend and you know I didn't want you stressing about the salon. I was with Alexis because she invited me to her little salon grand opening" Dream said and Ariana laughed while turning her head to look at me, I looked at her and leaned forward pecking her lips. She just stared at me then got off of my lap walking over to the pool.

"Dream I'll try to talk to her but for now you gotta bounce shawty" I said and she nodded while grabbing Chris's hand, Chris dapped me up then high fived Yosohn's hand while leaving out the backyards gate. Tae sat on the other side of me and glared at me causing me to mug him.

"You better not try no sneaky shit with my bestfriend or we're burying you next to Bagg's ass" Tae said and I chuckled while flicking him off. I'll be a fool to even think about stepping out on Ariana's fine ass. I already stepped out on her once and that won't be happening again, I don't give a fuck if I gotta sleep on the floor or outside.

"Ain't shit going to happen to me and Ariana, she's stuck with me for life" I said and I meant that shit, I may do stupid shit but Ariana is my fucking heart.
