Ch.24

Dave's POV

I sat in Tae's stylist chair as he braided my hair. Today is the big day and a nigga is nervous as fuck. I couldn't help but think about all the shit Ari and I been through and now a niggas marrying the baddest female alive. She's really my everything and more.

"I'm glad you're marrying my bestfriend. That nigga Bagg put her through so much and boom here y'all are. Y'all been through a lot as well and I'm proud of you. You really did change over the past few months" Tae said as he lined me up, I chuckled and smiled while rubbing my chin.

"I'm more than glad that niggas outta the picture fr" I said and Tae agreed as he cleaned off the cape and took it off of me. I smiled at myself in the mirror and went to give Tae money but he declined it.

"Uh uh Dave today's all about you and Ariana and you know I'm not taking your money" He said, I sucked my teeth and put the money on his little vanity shit. He glared at me but took the money while thanking me. I dapped him up and walked out of his house, I went to my truck and got in. My phone started ringing and it was a facetime call from Shirley. I answered it while pulling out of Tae's driveway.

"Wassup sis?" I asked while placing the phone on my lap and driving to Bully's crib.

"Dave your wife said the wedding is cancelled. Her dress won't go over her ass, so mommy and I went to a bridal shop with her. The selection was wack as fuck but we found a dress that fit her. She doesn't like it but then she does! I don't know but she's over here crying and shit, asking for you but I told her she has to wait until the wedding and now she locked herself in the bathroom" Shirley said while pounding on the bathroom door. I sighed and dragged my hand down my face while taking a turn onto Bully's street.

"Tell her the wedding isn't cancelled and that she'll look beautiful in anything" I said while parking on the side street that was on Bully's street. Bully was sitting on the porch smoking a blunt with Chris and Darryl. Once they saw me pull up they made their way to my truck.

"Okay Dave! I'll see you at the beach." Shirley said while hanging up. I dapped the boys up and they hopped in the car, I pulled off and made my way to the hotel that we were all going to be staying at.

Ariana's POV

"Omg mommy look this isn't a wedding dress!" I whined while looking in the mirror. I knew I should've gotten a custom dress made and this is my own fault.

"Ariana relax!" My mom said while wiping my face. Shirley punched my arm causing me to mug her.

"Ariana you look fine!" She said while fixing Kairi's hair. I sighed and snapped a quick picture, Tae walked into the house with his tux on and I smiled because my baby looked so beautiful.

"Dave texted me and told me that him and the boys are on their way to the hotel that's by the beach" Dream said while coming into the room with a sleeping Yosohn, I nodded and took a deep breath as Alyssa finished doing my make up.

"Alright let's get started on this hair mama" Tae said and started doing my hair as my mom got Kairi and Yosohn dressed. I scrolled through Instagram as Tae did my hair, Shirley came into the room with an all white dress that stopped above her knee. I smiled at her and snapped a quick picture of her. Alyssa and Dream wore the same dress as well. I also invited Jayda and Dess to the wedding, unfortunately Deas couldn't make it because she was on a business trip but Jayda and Lil Baby were coming along with their handsome son Loyal. The wedding was going to be small because I didn't really fuck with my family like that they were on wishy washy type shit. Just because I'm married to a rapper they think they're entitled to some money, when Yosohn was born no one reached out to me to see if we were good so it's really fuck them. As long as my mama, sister and brother are there then I'm fine.
