Backstoryish:
Lived in America for most of her life but moved to Japan during the summer before her Sophomore year. She had been attending a hero school in America and was lucky enough to be recommended to UA High's hero course.
She surprisingly picked up Japanese very easily. She gets along really well with All Might because they both speak English.
Quirk:
Her quirk is called Psychic. If she concentrates hard enough she can read people's minds and predict certain events and the outcomes of those events. She can also control objects around her through telekinesis. She cannot use her telekinesis on people, only inanimate objects.
