"Red Riot! Help those people over there! I can handle this area! Does anyone know where Dynamite is?"
There had been a villain attack near UA and Midoriya, Kirishima, Bakugo, Mina, and I had been the only people close by. The other pros showed up eventually. We were all helping out now to make sure nobody was injured. Bakugo had disappeared at one point and no one had seen him since.
"Does anyone need help over here? Are you okay?" I went around checking on some civilians and was almost done with the section when a woman came running up to me.
"Mystic! I am so sorry! The villains had me in a corner and I started shooting off my quirk on accident. I think the villains got away but I accidentally hit Dynamite! I should only last one or two days though. I'm sorry!"
There was a child in the woman's arms. He was struggling against her hold wanting to be put down. He looked to be around four or five and had blond...spiky...hair...
"Bakugo?"
The boy turned and scowled at me and stuck his tongue out.
"Ma'am what is your quirk?"
"De-age. I think my fight or flight mode made the dosage too strong though."
"It's okay. Please try to not use your quirk again unless it is absolutely necessary. This is just a warning. I can take Dynamite from you now."
She sighed in relief and handed over the toddler.
I held up the boy and looked into his eyes.
"What are you lookin at huh?"
Small explosions erupted from his hands.
"Hey there little man. Do you know who I am?"
"That lady called you Mystic."
"Yup, that's me! Well, my hero name. My real name is Ketly Bell."
I set Bakugo down and opted to hold one of his hands instead. He seemed a little hesitant at first but eventually relaxed and walked along with me.
"Why did you call me Dynamite?"
"Well, when you're all grown up like me, you're a hero named Dynamite."
"I'm a hero?!"
Light twinkled in his big red eyes and he clenched his other hand into a little fist.
I hummed a yes and smiled at him.
He puffed out his chest and pulled me forward faster.
"C'mon Mystic! I gotta be a hero and meet up with the other heros!"
I just chuckled and let Bakugo "lead" us back to where everyone else was.
Mina saw us first and gasped.
"Bell! Is that Bakugo?"
I nodded and she squealed. She tried to run up and pick him up but Bakugo stepped closer to me and held out his hand to let off a few explosions.
"Who's she?"
"That's Mina. She's our friend when you get older."
"Hmm."
I tried to let go of Bakugo's hand to go talk to Midoriya but he just held on tighter and followed me.
"Hey Midoriya. I found you best friend." I whispered in his ear.
Deku looked at me and I gestured downward with my eyes. He slowly looked down and jumped back when he saw Bakugo.
"W-what happened to him?"
"There was a lady who accidentally activated her de-aging quirk and he got hit. Now we have this little dude. Bakugo, do you remember Deku?"
"Yeah, the quirkless nobody! Where is he?"
I frowned and leaned down to pick up the boy. He seemed more comfortable with me holding him now.
"Katsuki Bakugo. That wasn't very nice. Would All Might ever say something like that to somebody?"
He scowled and looked down. "No."
"That's right. This is Deku. Do you want to say hi to him?"
Bakugo looked up at Midorya in confusion. Mido just smiled softly and reached out a hand to him.
"Hi Kacchan."
Bakugo looked at Deku's hand grabbed it with his small one.
"Hiya Deku...are you a hero too?"
"Yeah, my hero name is actually Deku."
"Does that mean you really did have a quirk?
"Mhm."
"Heh, well I still beat you cause I got mine first. I bet I'm a better hero than you!"
Deku and I just laughed at how much Bakugo hasn't changed since he was a child.
For the rest of the day Bakugo would follow me around but would pretend that he was the one actually in charge. Deku helped me with taking care of him since he knew the most about the little punk. At one point Bakugo got mad a Kaminari and they disappeared around a corner for a second. There were small yelps and flashes of light before Kami came stumbling out again brainfried. Well. Bakugo really hasn't changed.
Soon it was time for bed and everyone went off to their separate dorms.
"Mido, i don't think Bakugo should sleep on his own tonight, something might happen."
"You're right. He can sleep with me if you want. I know he's been a drain on you today."
I yawned at just the right time, proving his point.
"Yeah, we should ask him though. I want him to be comfortable. Bakugo, where do you want to sleep tonight? My room or Deku's?"
"Your's Mystic! We can have a sleepover!"
I sighed but smiled at him.
"Okay buddy. C'mon, lets get you to bed then. You've been playing all day so you must be pretty tired."
"I can come too if you need me. If not, I'll have my phone close by."
"I think I'll be okay. He's just a kid anyway. Thanks for your help today Mido. We were like a little family."
I giggled tiredly and didn't quite grasp what I had said. Deku blushed harshly and chuckled nervously. He walked with me and Bakugo all the way to my room.
"Oh, fo you think you could go to Momo's room really quick and ask her to make some kids pajamas? Bakugo doesn't have anything to wear to bed."
"Sure thing! I'll be right back."
While Deku ran and got the clothes I told Bakugo to wait on my bed while I changed in the mini bathroom in my room.
When I walked out Deku was helping Bakugo into the new pajamas.
"Awe that's cute." One, Midorya acting like a dad. And two, Bakugo's pj bottoms were camp patterned and the shirt was black with a T-Rex on it.
I told Bakugo to go brush his teeth in the bathroom while I stood outside and talked to Deku.
"I had no idea how draining it is to have a kid. I'm so glad you were there to help me. We were like mom and dad today." I chuckled and this time I actually noticed what I said, and the blush on Midoriya's cheeks.
I turned fully to him and put my hand on his.
"Hey, you're gonna make a great dad someday."
"A-and you're going to be and amazing mother."
We stared into each others eyes and I thought that now was as good a time as ever.
"MidoriyaIreallylikeyou."
I looked away and covered my face with my hands. Thankfully at that moment Bakugo walked out of the bathroom and ran up to me.
"Deku why are you so red? You look like you're about to explode."
"N-no reason!"
I quickly stood up and avoided looking at the green haired boy.
"Let's get you tucked in okay Bakugo? It's way past your bedtime."
Bakugo let out a hmph but let me help him climb onto my bed and get tucked into the sheets.
"Goodnight Bakugo, Bell will be right back. I just have to talk to her for a minute."
My cheeks heated up and Deku grabbed my hand and pulled me out the door.
One we were outside both of my hands were being gently held in his and we were staring into each other's eyes once again.
"Can you say that again? But a little slower so I can remember every detail?"
I blushed and looked down. Slowly looking back up and the boy I said, "Midoriya, I really like you."
"Can I kiss you?"
The question caught me completely off guard but I nodded nonetheless.
He eagerly pressed his lips against mine. The intensity was perfect. The rhythm was perfect. His lips were perfect. The whole situation was perfect.
Mido guided my hands around his neck then brought his own to rest on my waist. His hands sent butterflies to my stomach.
We broke for air after a minute.
"Again?"
I hummed. And pressed my lips lightly against his.
"One more?"
I giggled and obliged.
"One thousand more?"
I laughed and nodded and laughed even more when he began peppering my face with kisses.
"Mido stop that tickles!" I laughed.
"Please call me Izuku."
"What about Izu?"
"Wonderful. Whatever you want to call me."
"Careful, I might call you Hubby side we were basically married and with a kid today."
"Sounds good to me Wifey."
I blushed and buried my face in his chest.
"I gotta go make sure Bakugo is actually sleeping."
"Okay, goodnight Wifey."
Izu pressed a soft kiss to my cheek and slowly let go of me.
"Goodnight Hubby. See you tomorrow. Oh, and this means we're dating right?"
"Well duh."
We both laughed and went our separate ways for the night.
I walked back into my room and over to my bed. Bakugo was sleeping soundly and was cuddling one of my pillows. I brushed his hair out of the way and gave him a a small kiss on the forehead.
"Goodnight Bakugo. Sleep tight. Don't let the bed bugs bite."
Bakugo stirred in his sleep and glanced tiredly up at me.
"Goodnight Mom."
My heart melted when he said that. He went quickly back to sleep though.
It was hard to imagine that this boy was my classmate who usually hated me, but just called me Mom.
I went over to my mini couch and curled up with a few throw blankets and quickly fell asleep.
In the morning I woke up to find a grown up Bakugo sleeping in my bed.
I quickly hopped off the couch and rushed to his side to shake his slightly.
He groaned and shifted and mumbled out, "Go away Mom."
My brain did the heart squeeze meme but I quickly gained my composure.
"Bakugo, you have to wake up. You're back to normal!" I whisper yelled.
He opened his eyes slowly and rubbed them.
"Bell? What are you-where am-why am I in your room?"
"You don't remember?"
Bakugo sat there for a minute before a look of realization dawned on his face.
"So you do remember."
"Y-yeah. I turned back into a kid. You and Deku took care of me. I still managed to make dunce face go stupid. Then you put me to bed and..."
His eyes widened. I got a stupid grin on my face and chuckled.
"Don't you dare tell anyone."
"Worry not my son. Your secret is safe with me. And if you ever need a mothers care, I'm here for you."
He pouted but silently opened his arms for a hug. I obliged and held his head against my stomach.
"T-thanks, Mom."
"Anytime, Bakugo."
Then I noticed that his clothes hadn't changed size.
"By the way, nice crop top. I can't let you out of the house looking like that."
Bakugo quickly let go of me and looked down at himself.
"Ah shit."
"Don't worry, I have some clothes you can borrow."
"In my size?"
"Yeah, I got a sweatshirt from one of my guy cousins that he was going to give away. I also have some men's sweats."
"Who's the lucky guy?"
"As of last night, Deku. But I like buying men's sweats cause they're more comfortable."
"Damnit. Deku's my dad now?"
I laughed and tossed the clothes over to Bakugo. He slipped them on over his tight kid clothes while I confirmed his question.
"Well. I'm glad you both found each other. That nerd needed someone like you."
"Awe thanks Bakugo."
We left my dorm together and went down to the kitchen to get breakfast.
Izu was already there and I went up to him and gave him a hug.
Mina walked in with Jirou and whe she saw us all exclaimed, "Look its the resident family! Deku-dad, Mystic-mom, and Baku-baby!"
Jirou snorted and laughed at our nicknames while the rest of us blushed.
From then on we were know as the Hero Fam.
