It was a clear day the next morning, we had French, then maths, then english, Carrie has been able to go out for a few days before now, I had a free period next, I went to the moor, Carrie had found a bush she could hide behind in case anything happened. If anything did happen- it was Miss Illonyol's fault. I racked my brains to remember what happened in the dream - a man, old and mysterious was sitting on the bench, smoking a cigar. I swung round- it was true. He was there, he caught sight of me and said: "ah, Mia, I only saw you when you were tiny, now what I need to do is tell you something to tell your parents". I nodded slowly "say, this is from Peter Gandale, I am here where I am, I will be here when you are and here when you're not". I found myself nodding. I was about to walk away when he said "Mia, dreams may not just be dreams- they've got to have happened, or are they happening?" I looked round in question to what he meant- then I was in for shock- he had disappeared... I was walking back to tell Miss Illonyol I had been- she was teaching the first formers, I'd better not disturb her, I thought to myself.
