TW: None
Clay's POV:
I looked at the small brunette who stood before me. He was actually pretty cute. I don't know why it took so long for me to notice this. Maybe it was the fact that we were pretty close and his hand was on mine.
George quickly removed his hand from mine when he realised how close we were. "Sorry." He said as he put the tissue on the side of the counter.
I turned the coffee machine off, quickly, before it could spill anymore. I let out a slight laugh since we nearly just broke the machine. Then George let out a little giggle and it made me smile.
"Sorry for the.. uhh.. well the coffee." George apologised awkwardly.
"No worries." I smirked at him and his face went a bit red.I looked back at the machine and tried to turn it back on so I could pour George a drink, but it appears that we've broken the machine.
"Uhm.. I think it's broken." I said trying not to laugh.
"W-What?" George says as he begins to spam the button. He aggressively presses it continuously, hoping he hasn't broken the really expensive coffee machine.I realise that George is getting pretty stress so I take his hand, stopping him from spamming the machine. I hold his hand as I look into his eyes.
"It's okay. Don't worry about it. I'll just replace it." I said, trying to calm him down.George's POV:
We stood there, hands in hands as I calmed myself down.
"It's okay. Don't worry about it. I'll just replace it." Clay said, smiling at me.
"Huh? No way! It was my coffee that broke it, I'll replace it." I said, taking my hands back.
"It was just an accident. I won't mind. I insist." Clay says, smiling at me.
"Okay fine. We will half how much it is to replace it, if you insist." I say, rolling my eyes playfully. Clay laughs at me and smiles, warmly.Another teacher, Mr Soot came into the staff room.
"There you two are! You're both late for your classes! I've had to search the whole school to find you to idiots. Get to your classes!" He shouts at us and I immediately check my watch. It reads 07:19 and I'm 9 minutes late to my first class! I cant believe this, I've never been late before.I begin apologising to Mr Soot and then I look back at Mr Greensdale. I smile at him and a little smirk appeared across his face. And I'm not sure why, but I found it quite attractive.
Anyways, I speedrunned down the hallway into my classroom and immediately apologised to all the students for my tardiness.
The rest of the 1hr lesson flew by and when it was done I got an unexpected visit.
"So class you may start to collect your stationary and stand behind your chairs. I will dismiss you for your break time when you're all quiet." I said, confidently as I stood up and looked at each and everyone of my students.*Knock Knock*
There was a knock on my classroom door, so I walked over to the door and swung it open. There stood Mr Soot.
"Ah. Mr Davidson. We need to have a conversation." Mr Soot says and I immediately get nervous.
"Of course sir. Just let me dismiss my class first." I reply, trying to sound professional.
"Okay. May we wait inside?" Mr Soot asks as he leans his hand on the door.
"We?" I ask, trying to see if there is anyone behind him. But, I can barely get my eyes past Mr Soot, who was towering over me."Yes. We." I see a familiar blond male step forward, revealing himself with a big smile across his perfect face.
Wait what?
Perfect?
Huh?
I didn't mean it like that.
Obviously.
I smiled at Mr Soot and Mr Greensdale as I held my hand out, gesturing for the two males to enter my classroom.
As the two males walked into my room, I looked back at my students.
"You've all been wonderful. I'll see you all tomorrow." I say, signalling for the students to begin leaving my classroom. I see a few of the kids waiting for their friends, but eventually the classroom only remains three people. I wonder what this conversation is going to be about.
