I know I ruined a lot by letting Izuku go. I know it all too well. And yet, I can't help but wonder...is the 'Kacchan' he called out to really Katsuki Bakugo?

The villain felt slightly...disgusted, in a way. It seemed reasonable to say that those two were Master and pet, so then why did he call out to him like that? Did the two know each other beforehand, or did their relationship seriously grow into Deku going as far as calling him such a close nickname?

He wasn't exactly a yandere. Hell, he never thought he would fall in love either, so maybe that wasn't too far from the truth. But still, whatever the title, he felt overly angry and even jealous—Katsuki, that piece of explosive garbage, was the one who got so close to him. And it wasn't fake, either. After all, Deku had called out to him, asked him to watch him. Those two were close.

That pissed the villain off to no end.

"Fucking love. How annoying..." The villain murmured, fisting at his hair and shaking his head before turning once again to watch the cameras, a dead body of a security guard (one of the few people who were actually supposed to be in the hotel, for safety reasons—seems like not for the guard's own, though) sitting beside him, a stench already starting to form and causing the villain to scrunch his nose and push him away, pushing the chair on wheels to the other end of the room.

The heroes win was pretty obvious at this point, so the villain knew he should go and 'try his best' to beat them to prove his loyalty, but he felt like he couldn't pull his eyes away from the camera. He really, really wanted to be able to get back to Deku. He wanted to be able to see Deku eye-to-eye, to talk to him again. That one person who understood him so much more than others, even if the two were forced to stay by each other.

However, Deku was willing to stay, and saw him inside out. The villain did the same.

And then...I made a choice that ruined it.

He shouldn't regret it, since he knew the consequences, but his heart ached at the thought of leaving Deku and turning towards villainy. That just had to happen, though. He couldn't take being a 'good boy' anymore.

However, he believed in Deku. Possibly even more than Deku believed in himself. All he could do was trust him. Like Deku had always, and even now, trusted him.

He stood up and headed out of the security room, silently hoping it would be over before he made it to the restaurant.

Deku huffed as he dodged another attack aimed at him before aiming for a villain's foot, shooting it successfully and wincing at the slightly overwhelming ricochet of the shot.

It was tiring to be in the middle of the battle, especially without any experience or just barely any muscle, but he knew he had to do it. Everyone was watching him, and besides, his life pretty much depended on it—and even more so the heroes who were still in a half-dazed state, trying their best to focus and turn to battle.

Just like Deku had hoped, though, Utsushimi didn't let them fight. They were still half-conscious, and even though they were obviously trying to prove they were coming back to normal and they had to fight or Deku would get killed, Utsushimi held them back and kept glancing worriedly at Monoma and Deku, the two continuing to fight the villains.

The thing was, though, Deku slowly began to not-mind the half-dazed heroes' help. He really couldn't do anything on his own.

He realized that even more when he gasped, feeling something cold grow from his shoulder.

"Deku!" Monoma called out in panic as he saw the ice growing from Deku's shoulder, making Deku slump and trip, falling from the sudden and quick-growing weight.
