"BARROW WENT AFTER kids with glowing eyes?", Isaac asked as they all ran down the stairs of the school. Pressure was high and blood was pumping in their ears.
"He said those exact words?"
"Yeah. And no one knows how he woke up from anesthesia. Just that when they opened him up, they found a tumour full of live flies, which in any other circumstance would be all kinds of awesome"
"Flies? What the fuck?", Cassiopeia whispered while hearing her phone buzz in her pocket. An unknown number appeared on her screen as she picked up.
"Hello?"
"Cas"
"Ethan? What's wrong?", the brunette asked as Isaac's head snapped towards her. A low growl escaped his lips as she pressed a finger on his lips, telling him to shut up.
"It's the police. They're leaving"
"What?! They can't leav- STILES WHERE ARE YOU GOING!", she screamed while seeing the Stilinski boy running with Lydia following closely behind him.
"Stimate domn, ajută-mă să am răbdare cu acest băiat" dear lord, help me be patient with this boy
"Meet me in front of coach's office"
"Copy that boss", Ethan quickly answered before hanging up. When Cassiopeia looked up, she saw a pair of eyes starring directly at her. "What?"
"You're friends with the twins?"
"Oh, I do not need a jealous Isaac right now. We have a more pressing matter to deal with"
"LYDIA THINKS THAT he's still here even though the cops searched the whole school. But they don't have one thing, our sense of smell"
Scott stated while pulling out a hospital gown from a white bag. Isaac took a huge whiff before passing it to Cassiopeia, who gave it to the twins before they gave it back to Scott.
"Isaac and Scott, you guys go together. I'll be with Ethan and Aiden"
"No!", both Scott and Isaac said at the same time, causing the brunette to roll her eyes in annoyance. "Just because I'm letting them help, doesn't mean I trust them"
"I don't trust them either. Or like 'em. In fact, I hate them and just want them to die-"
"Isaac. Enough"
The Alpha growled while shining her bright red eyes, causing the Beta to take a step back in defence. "Beside, I don't care if you trust them or not. This is my pack"
"Your pack? Are you out of your mind?! We are your pack"
"I'm an Alpha, Isaac! I can't be part of a pack!"
"Come on, Cas. It's not worth it", Ethan stated while pressing a hand on the girl's arm. Her breath steadied itself as she harshly glared at Isaac before making her way towards the basement. The twins following closely behind her.
They walked in silence, only talking in hand movements as to not attract any attention to them. The Alpha's brain was pounding against her skull as she dug her nails in her palm.
"Hey, stop that"
Aiden whispered in her ear while grabbing her fist in his hand. Her hand slowly unclenching as she looked down at her feet, ashamed of herself. "What's the deal with you and Isaac anyways? He seems awfully protective of you"
"Yeah...we used to date before Allison killed my sibl- yeah before that. We sorta broke up before I left for Romania. Anyways, it's kinda complicated", the girl breathed out while they all pressed against a wall, a faint heartbeat could be heard behind the wall.
"You got something?", the two others asked Ethan as he nodded. He quickly turned the corner, as did the two others, before seeing an extremely funny scene in front of them. Danny was kissing some boy, which caused Ethan to stare at them with a mouth wide opened. Aiden and Cassiopeia tried, and failed, to hold back their snickers.
"Oh, really?", the gay werewolf said as the two other werewolves lost it completely. The atmosphere around them was already awkward so they decided to leave, barely holding back their laughs as Ethan stared at Danny with a look of betrayal.
"I can't-can't brea-ath"
"Fuck-fucking hell"
They breathed out while clutching onto their stomachs as Ethan appeared in front of them, arms crossed over his chest with frowned eyebrows. "Can you believe him? I leave for two months and what's he doing? Kissing another boy. Ugh!", the brown haired boy said while rolling his eyes in annoyance.
"Eth-"
Before the girl could finish, the fire alarm loudly ran all throughout the basement. The three werewolves stared at each before rushing towards the nearest exit. Cassiopeia was in front, her sneakers hitting the ground as she ran like her life depended on it.
They finally reached Scott and Isaac, the two boys grabbing Cassiopeia by the shoulders and looking for any type of cuts or bruises. "Let go of me before I make you rethink the idea of having children", she snarled as Stiles and Lydia walked towards them. Scott quickly let go off her while Isaac glared at the twins, causing them to lowly growl at him.
"We didn't find anything"
"Not even a scent"
The two Alpha's told the humans as Stiles furrowed his eyebrows. "It's 3 o'clock, school's over. If there was a bomb, wouldn't he have set it off by now?", he asked while pulling on his dark brown hair.
"Does that mean everybody's safe?", Ethan said as they all stared at Lydia, impatiently waiting for any news on her part. "I don't know. I just.. I don't know"
She repeated as they all groaned, exhausted of not having answers to their questions.
THE TWINS AND Cassiopeia were sitting in front of her TV with four boxes of pizza sitting in front of them and The Breakfast Club playing. They were all reciting the lines of the movie, playing their favourite characters. Ethan was Claire, Aiden was Andrew and Cassiopeia was Bender.
"Just burry your head in the sand, and wait for your fucking prom"
"I hate you"
"Yeah? Good", Cassiopeia answered while Ethan was pretending to fake cry. Overall the scene was pretty hilarious to watch. Of course, that was until her phone brought them back to reality.
"This better be important for you to bother my night-in with the twins"
