WHY STILES' JEEP was in the hospital's parking lot was a mystery that was about to be solved. The three werewolves rushed inside of the hospital, their noses on high alert as Noah and Melissa talked between them. His scent was strong, like he rubbed himself on every inch of the hospital.

"Derek", Cassiopeia whispered while sniffing the end. Her ears picked up on his heartbeat before dashing towards the hospital's roof. "Cas! Wait!", Isaac and Scott shouted as the brunette ran faster. She didn't care. She needed to see Derek, he was the only one who could understand what she was feeling. Her feet brought her all the way up to the roof, the cold wind hitting her cheeks as she took a deep breath. "He's not here", the brunette stated while walking towards the Hale man. "Not anymore", he followed as they both heard Isaac's and Scott's footsteps walking closer.

"You mean the whole building?"

"Gone", Derek cleared as Cassiopeia took in a deep inhale. "I'll go tell Stilinski", Isaac stated before Scott asked him something else. Though the brunette wasn't listening, she simply moved closer to Derek before slipping a hand in his. He knew she only did that when she was frightened, which made him frown his eyebrows.

"Notice how strong the scent is up here?"

"Yeah-?"

"Ever hear of chemical signals?", Derek asked as she shook her head no. "Chemical signals can communicate emotion. Just our sweat can give off anger, fear or disgust", the bearded man followed while squeezing her hand as Scott stood beside them. "Take a deep breath. And tell me what you feel"

The two Alpha's did as he asked, taking a breath of air before their eyes shot opened. "Stress"

"-and anxiety", the two said at the same time while glancing back at the Hale man. "What was he doing up here?", Scott asked with frowned eyebrows as Cassiopeia squeezed Derek's hand a little tighter. "I don't know. But there was definitely some kind of struggle"

"With who?"

"Himself", Derek said as her heart dropped to her stomach. She tried to stop the tears from falling down her cheeks as the Hale man pulled her closer to his chest. "I-...I'm gonna call Aiden", her voice was barely over a whisper as she walked away from the two boys. Her brain pounding against skull as her back pressed against the brick wall. "Fuck. Fuck. Fuck", she breathed out while tilting her head towards the sky. The stars seemed to have disappeared from the night, leaving everyone in darkness.

"Cas? Cas! Hey! Hey, I'm here"

Isaac said while rushing towards his girl with a worried expression plastered on his face. He pressed a hand on her lower back as she took deep breaths, trying to steady her heartbeat. "I'm scared, Isaac...I'm so fucking scared", she told him while feeling her phone vibrate in her back pocket. "I can't keep loosing people"

"And you won't. We're going to find him, Cas", Isaac reassured her as she finally opened her phone, only to see a new message from Aiden.

psycho twin: meet us at eichen house

The text read as Cassiopeia finally composed herself. Isaac, who had read the message over her shoulder, helped her stand up before she ran towards the mental health facility as he went to find Allison.

SHERIFF STILINSKI DIDN'T waist another minute before barging inside of the facility. The teenagers behind him were feeling out of place, the vibes of the facility weren't the most pleasant. "I need access to all basement rooms in this facility", the older man said as the employee pointed towards stairs. Lydia and Cassiopeia were the first to run, eager to find Stiles. She ran until her legs were ready to give out, her lungs burned as Lydia pointed to a door.

"It's here. It's right here", she stated with a frightened expression.

Sheriff Stilinski knocked down the door with his foot, flashing his light inside of the basement as they all walked in. "Stiles! Stiles!", the two girls called out as Aiden and Scott frantically looked around. "Stiles!", the brunette whispered as tears began to blur her vision. She was so sick of crying, but god! It was Stiles first fuck sake! He was like a brother to her.

"Lydia?"

"I don't get it. This has to be it"

"Then where is he, huh? Where is he? Where is he?", Stilinski's voice raised while looking at Lydia, who unconsciously took a step back into Aiden's arms. Cassiopeia place a hand on the older man's shoulder as he took a deep breath. "I'm sorry"

"I don't understand", the strawberry blonde girl breathed out as everyone slowly made its way out of the basement. "Fuck. Fuck. Fuck", the Miller girl thought while balling her fist, her nails sinking inside of her flesh as she felt blood drip down her fist. She was always too late. Too late to save her parents. Too late to save her siblings. To save her grandfather.

Too late to save Stiles.

She exited the building with Sheriff Stilinski, not speaking to any of the other. If she even tried to utter a word, she would probably bawl her eyes out. She told him she was going to walk, clear her mind a little. But really it was just an excuse to go cry without being judged.

As she was about to leave, her ears picked up on two cops talking, one of them mentioning Stiles being in the hospital right now.

Without a second thought, she ran toward the hospital, praying the cop was telling the truth or she wouldn't hesitate to slash his throat out.

STILES WAS OKAY. Well as okay as someone would be when found in the preserve. "He's just sleeping, but he's okay", the Sheriff said as everyone sighed in relief. After that, Cassiopeia didn't really listen, only happy that her friend was finally safe.

Looking up, Cassiopeia thanked the moon goddess before Scott brought her back home. Where a much needed sleep was required after the stressful evening she had had.
