Laying in bed, I watched the sunlight dance over my body. It was around noon, and I laid in bed, not moving a muscle.
"Miku, you should get up." Len whispered at my side, his hands fumbled at his tie. Slimming out his shirt, he walked over to my side of the bed. A warm smile spread a crossed his face, taking my hand into his. Kissing the top of my hand, he inched closer to me and kisses my forehead. Pulling away from me, I wanted him to keep touching me. With his warm hands holding mine and sweet kisses, I never wanted him to leave my side. As Len raised from my side, I slowly raised up myself. As I raised myself, sharp pains had shot through my body, causing me to scream in pain. "Miku? What's wrong?"
"Len..." I gasped as another sharp pain rippled through my body. "I... I think the baby is coming..." I clutched the blankets in my fist, my knuckles were turning white, nails digging into my palms. Len didn't wait a moment, he helped me out of bed and slipped a jacket around my shoulders.
"Don't panic Miku, Im here for you." Len lead me out of our apartment, and down to the car. He was fumbling with the car keys, trying to start the car. my hand slipped on top of his, holding it. His eyes raced up to mine, he was scared.
"Len, it's fine. Breath." I told him. Len sighed heavily and started the car. Driving down the lane, Len drove faster than usual, but still taking more caution than usual.
"Thank you Miku, I should be the one calming you, but looks like we got the roles switched." Len managed to half smile, while gripping onto the steering wheel. Sighing heavily, I felt another sharp pain.
"Len it's fine, but once we get into the room, Im sure the roles will switch back." I said through grinding teeth.
~time skipped~
Gripping Len's hand tightly, I could hear him gasp.
"Miku, your breathing my bones." He whined. I whipped my head around to him, flashing an angry glare. My bangs were damp from sweat. It felt like my body was screeching for me to stop, but our child inside me, wanted out.
"Len," I grunted through more pain. "You owe me." I hissed. Even if it was my child, I was beyond done. My body was tired and I was so pissed. It could of been the drugs they gave me or the pain I was going through, but I was breaking Len's hand no matter what.
"Alright miss, get ready to start pushing in a few seconds." The doctor had instructed.
"Start?" Me and Len questioned.
