"Yes we do" Elain said
Okay then.
"First off I don't know what you did to pull the shadow singer in but quit it he's mine"
What the actual fuck.
"I'm confused" I said
"Just stop were meant to be together I finally got rid of my horrendous mate now you need to back off and let us continue"
Not even letting me comprehend she started again-
"Secondly leave my sisters home you are not welcome you will only be a distraction trust me you are not needed for the war you are no where near a necessity as Feyre and Rhysand say. I don't know when my sister became so careless with who she allowed in the home but leave."
"I have no idea where this is all coming from but allow me to say this-" I begin trying to reason
She cuts me off so fast not letting me utter a word.
"I don't give a fuck Azriel is mine he loves me cares for me." She was mad-furious in fact.She was insane.
"Azriel never mentioned you"
"He told me why he was bored and needed a new...plaything"
What.
"It's time for you to go you enjoyed enough of this be gone by this morning no one will have to know." She said finally.
"No" I said
"What"
"No" I said again
Who was she. She may have been Feyres sister but I know the genuine feelings that they all have been expressed to me. They trust me and Azriel he would speak to me explain to me I would never take her word.
"Do you know who your messing with."
Now I was mad.
"How much did it take for Azriel to claim you how far did you have to spread your legs for him to give in."
"Watch your words" I was on the edge of burning face off. My hands shook for it my power begged for it and and she was asking for it.
"Or what- Azriels had many whores but I am...different we are meant to be back off. Look at you insignificant half-blooded mortal thinking she can hand with high-fae. I've dealt with people like you living off my sister and her mates generous money listen here I will not have it. Take your whore ass out of here"
I chuckled at her empty-filled despicable words which only seemed to anger her even more. I turned to walk away when she grabbed my wrist and pulled me forward.
I ignored once again pulling my hand out of her grasp and continued walking. She yanked on my hair.
I whirled so fast she barely had a chance to breathe before my fist collided with her jaw. Hard enough to shut her up. My hands blazing now I stepped forward.
"Do not ever lay a hand on me"
I turned around and began walking out the dark room and there I saw him Azriel standing watching a wild expression on his face. I watched him how his face morphed into something I couldn't read.
Elain had begun crying-sobbing in fact.
He pushed past me and went to a whimpering Elain.
"S-she hit me" I heard her
He knelt by her side and inspected the bruise.
She leaned into his touch. He backed away.
"I ended things with you a long time ago and you are not the same person. I have fallen so deeply in lov- a deep connection with someone and it isn't you. Our relationship was based on lust and desire m. I am sorry Elain but we were never going to work we are too different"
She sobbed even harder.
"A-Azriel please"
"Leave Elain you know you don't belong here the Night court was never for you. I tell you this simply out of advice. We will never happen."
"What has she done to you" Elain said.
He paused and looked back at me.
"She has done nothing yet has done everything she is  the half I was missing and she has saved me in every way that a person can be saved she is my world and I would die for her- understand Elain that you have to move on."
As he began to stand up he said in a very low and threatening growl.
"And never ever insult her again."
She flinched at that.
He stood up and began to walk away grabbing my hand and pulling me forward leaving a pouting brooding Elain on the floor.
As we walked farther and farther away and eventually reaching the room in nothing but utter silence.
I pushed him up against a wall and kissed him so deeply. Hopefully this expressed enough.
"Azriel..." I said breathlessly.
"I know love-I know" He said.
"I swear I didn't mean to hit her hard but she grabbed me and I didn't know-"
"You did nothing wrong I heard everything please let's talk about this later."
We resumed our kissing.
I groaned into his mouth and that was enough for him to start kissing my jaw and moved lower and lower leaving trails and trails of kisses.
I pulled off my shirt and eventually we were both on the bed and I was almost naked.
Azriel was on top of me. I really like this position.
He chuckled deeply against my stomach.
He heard. Fuck.
He went lower and lower until he was at my waist band and I could feel my arousal start to build up.
I moaned his name as he started to kiss the inner parts of my thighs.
Then he stopped.
I whined annoyed.
He laughed. He raised himself and whispered in my ear.
"When I take you the first time it won't be like this" Azriel rasped.
I caught a lump in my throat.
Fuck.
He laid next to me and I had to throw my legs over him.
He didn't mind. Instead he grabbed my body even closer.
I kissed him and said "How did I get so lucky" Repeating his exact words.
He stared in awe and gripped tighter if that was even possible.
I laughed against his chest.
And we both fell asleep. Peaceful as ever.
The next morning we woke up and received news that Elain had decided to cut her visit short and she had to leave on a important trip said she wouldn't be back for quite a while.
Really...that's sad.
