   Well.

   Gym class went smoothly.

And by smoothly, Keith meant that Pico literally destroyed the other team.

As in, fucking tore them apart.

   Limb.
By bloody.
Fucking.
Limb.

And, just in case you were wondering, no. He did not listen to Coach's instructions to 'play nice.'

Cute thought, though.

"FUCK YOU!" Pico cried, lobbing the squishy balls halfway across the court and sniping people barely in view.

"GO DIE IN A DITCH, YOU CUNT!"

A familiar face fell on the squeaky floors from the force of the ball's impact.

Poor kid. Absolutely destroyed.

Keith almost felt bad.

But that's what you get for talking about Pico's pubes, he supposed.

"Out!" Coach yelled, not paying mind to the ginger's language.

Another reason he was well-loved by the students; you could say whatever the fuck you wanted, as long as it wasn't about him.

"GO ROT IN HELL, ASSHAT!" Pico roared, hurling another ball at some other douche. You could practically see the fury burning in his pearly eyes.

Keith just watched from the back, his jaw nearly hitting the fucking floor.

Pico didn't miss a single shot that whole damn game.

Absolutely fucking terrifying.

Safe to say, they won that match.

Keith was once again weaving through the halls, this time alone. He had just left music class, his last period, and was heading out the door.

He was back in his own little world now that Pico was gone; his earbuds were in and as he had cracked open his book again as he navigated the halls. He was almost done with the novel, but if he wanted to finish tonight and bring a fresh book to school tomorrow, he had some work to do.

As he left the building and was trotting down the concrete stairs, he heard a gravelly voice calling his name.

   "KEITH!"

He turned to see the voice in question; a familiar ginger sprinting towards the stairs, only to half-hazardly swing himself onto the railing and awkwardly slide down. Keith stifled a laugh at the sight.

   "B- pfft- beep?"

Pico glared daggers at him, making Keith flinch. God, that look was scary. Especially after all the shit that boy did today.

"That's what I thought." He huffed at Keith's sudden spike of fear before clearing his throat. "Anyways, which way is your house? Maybe we can walk together."

Keith furrowed his brow, confused. He had never had someone ask to walk home with him before.

Reluctantly, he closed his book and pointed to the right. Pico smirked, but Keith could see the excitement under that 'cool guy' facade.

   "Great. Let's go then."

Keith followed Pico to the right, eventually falling next to him on the thin sidewalk. As they walked, the ginger began to ramble about random classes, making small talk (albeit, mostly with himself) as he took a couple of hits from a vape pen.
