A Loving Reunion

Lyra, James, Oliva, Leon, and Scorpius were all in the field on their broom, Oliva and Scorpius passes a Quaffle at one another

"So it's true? You're coming to the Burrow?" James asked

"We are" Lyra confirmed, her Snitch hovered around her

"Are you going?" Leon asked Oliva

"I have no other choice, it's either with the Malfoy's in America or Germany with my brother and his girlfriend, I prefer to be with my boyfriend and best friend" she said

"You should come Leon" James said

"Will little Weasley be there?" Leon asked

James glared at his friend

"I have told you to stay away from Rose" James told him

"Wait! Rose Weasley?!" Oliva exclaimed "when did that happen?" She asked

Leon blushed and caught the Quaffle that James threw at him

"She's been helping me with my Arithmancy, and she's fun to talk too" Leon shrugged

"Leon has a crush" Scorpius sang

Leon threw the ball at him and Scorpius barely dodged it

"Leon I swear that if I see my cousin crying because you—"

"Don't worry James, I know, I won't do anything" Leon assured

James narrowed his eyes at him

Scorpius flew beside him and put an arm over his shoulder

"Gosh darn it, don't you just hate it when you tell your friend not to date your family member and they just don't listen?" Scorpius tsk'ed

"Sod off will you?" James spat

"Oh! Jamesy is upset" Scorpius smirked

James lunged at him, Scorpius dashed away from him, James on his trail, Oliva, Lyra and Leon laughed as they watched their friends chase one another

Scorpius and James soon joined them, Scorpius was laughing while James glared at him

"I hate you" James grumbled

The teens continued hovering in the air

"So about America..." Leon trailed off

Both Scorpius and Lyra groaned

"I take it you're not excited" James said

"We don't even know that side of the family, and with how they treated our mum, I'm not completely sure we won't hex them into oblivion" Lyra giggled

"With the way they treated mum, it's going to be a very difficult week, let's just hope Grandfather doesn't join us" Scorpius laughed

"You know he's always wanted to go back to America, so it's highly probable that he will" Lyra told him

"Well I'll be joining you" Leon said, Lyra and Scorpius raised an eyebrow at him "my parents have conferences the same weekend, they talked to your parents and they have agreed to let me join you" Leon explained

Scorpius put an arm over his shoulder

"Well at least one of you won't leave me alone, knowing my sister she won't let my girlfriend hang out with me" Scorpius pouted, glaring at James who rolled his eyes

"You're such a child Scorp" Lyra scoffed

"Well...you're two minutes younger than me..." he trailed off, he dashed off and Lyra shot after him

"They really are children aren't they?" Oliva asked

They watched as Lyra caught up to her brother and threw the two of them off their brooms, they tumbled down the hill while fighting one another

"How much do you want to bet that Ly will punch Scorp and leave a bruise?" Leon asked

They betted and flew towards their friends, Leon and James picked up the discarded brooms

"Get off!" Scorpius yelled

Both Malfoy twins rolled on the floor, James and Leon grabbed onto them and pulled them off

Both their hairs were sticking out in a million ways, grass and twigs stuck in their hair while they glared at one another, they had dirt covering their faces and Scorpius a bruise on his left cheek and Lyra had a bloody lip, their quidditch robes were covered in dirt and grass

"You're both children" Oliva said

"He started it—"

"She started it—"

"Stop repeating everything I say!"

Oliva threw her hands in the air before walking away, muttering in Spanish as she summoned her broom

James and Leon let them go and Scorpius and Lyra glared at one another, James and Leon decided not to get involved and went to follow Oliva

The Malfoy twins glared at one another for a moment longer before Taffy popped in between them

"Taffy has made chocolate chip cookies for Master Scorpius and Mistress Lyra and friends" Taffy squeaked

"With marshmallows?" Both Lyra and Scorpius asked, Taffy nodded eagerly

"Truce?" Scorpius asked

"We can try to kill one another later" Lyra said

They grab their brooms and Scorpius puts an arm over his sister's shoulders

"So what should we do about our family?" Scorpius asked her, a smirk playing on his lips

"We're both in Slytherin Scorp, we'll come up with something" Lyra smirked

Scorpius matches his sisters smirk as they enter the kitchens, their friends were already there eating the chocolate chip coming with marshmallows

"So you didn't kill one another" Leon stated

"No, we decided to put a hold on murdering one another" Scorpius shrugged, hopping onto the counter and grabbing a cookie, Oliva moved in between his legs and leaned against his chest

Lyra moved to sit beside James who wrapped his arms around her shoulders

"Y'all are making me feel lonely" Leon pouted

James pushed Lyra away and extended his arms, Leon hugged James while smirking at Lyra who was glaring at him

James reached for another cookie but Lyra took the tray from him

"No cookies for you" she huffed and walked to her best friend and brother

The door opened and her mother walked in

"Hi mum" Lyra and Scorpius said

"Oh! What happened to you?!" Hermione panicked and walked up them, she examined their faces

She pinched Scorpius's chin and forced him to look down

"Mother" he whined

Hermione tsk'ed and turned to Lyra who was covering her lip with a cookie

"Lyra Narcissa Malfoy, what happened?" Hermione asked

Lyra made eye contact with Scorpius who shook his head

"Don't look at him" her mother ordered "tell me you put the cushioning spells before playing quidditch" her mother said

She sighed when neither of her children corrected her, she hated that they got the recklessness of Gryffindor from her and lack the self-preservation that came with being a Slytherin

"Just...be careful please" her mother pleaded her children

"We will" Lyra and Scorpius confirmed, Hermione sighed and kissed her two kids before grabbing two cookies and leaving the kitchens

"So...we need your help" Lyra smirked
