Takumi Sakai has become the Iron Man of the MHA world thanks to his mentor, the ghost of Tony Stark, doing one last mission before his soul can pass into the afterlife... fully train Takumi to be Iron Man in this world. Now also a member of Class 1...
So.... one issue I always have is that I CAN'T DRAW!!! And I wish I could so I could draw how I think my OCs used for various fan fictions (like Samuel Parker in Miyagi-Do Karate or Takumi Sakai in this series) appear in my head... however since I can't draw... I've found another way to describe how Takumi Sakai looks.... using fan art as a reference point to explain how he looks like!

Ok, so now we have this awesome fan art of Naruto Uzumaki in modern clothing... let's use this as a reference to how Takumi looks outside of the Iron Man armor.
Takumi has spiky blonde hair similar in style to Naruto Uzumaki. Unlike Naruto, however, Takumi has gold eyes that (much like how Izuku Midoriya has eyes that matches or almost matches his hair color.) He also lacks Naruto's whisker type marks as Takumi is NOT a jinchuruki after all. Another reason why I am using this photo as reference is because this picture nails the look of Takumi's civilian outfit when not wearing the Iron Man armor or the UA uniform. Also Takumi has a music note necklace, which is not on this fan art of Naruto.

When wearing more formal wear... Takumi has 2 basic modes.... Mode 1: TAKE THE TIE OFF AS FAST AS HE CAN, WHILE TRYING NOT TO BE TOO OBVIOUS ABOUT NOT LIKING TIES! This often causes him to pull on and retighten his tie as a habit when he's not supposed to take it off. Consider the idea that in the first picture with the tie here, Takumi would be in a conversation with Momo Yaoyorozu, due to the two needing to attend some kind of formal event... Takumi would not realize he pulled on and retightened the tie over and over until Momo points it out, which might make him self conscious enough to leave the tie alone.
Mode 2: HE TRIES TO OUTDRESS EVERYONE ELSE! If there is a dance, someone he is trying to impress, or even something dumb happens like Bakugo saying he'll be the best looking one there, Takumi's competitive nature makes him try to out dress every other guy in the vicinity. Let's make sure he never pays attention to Aoyama saying he'll shine the brightest if a school dance ever happens at UA... on the bright side...

Since it's going to come up soon in the story... (not saying when) I have been thinking of the idea of Takumi making high tech glasses while in his civilian mode and around UA. And one thing is certain, Takumi would not be afraid to embrace the 'nerd look'. If he ever makes his own EDITH glasses or something like that... expect him to get more outfits like this as well... although I'm not sure if he'd have his ears pierced like Naruto does in this picture... (although if anyone could convince him it would probably be Uraraka and Mina... but I'm still unsure of that idea)
So to review... Takumi is a blonde with a Naruto Uzumaki type hairstyle. He has gold eyes instead of blue. He lacks whisker marks. In his civilian mode he has a range of clothing styles from the modern style in the first Naruto fan art to the nerdy style he uses in the last bit of fan art if he were to make high tech glasses for himself to utilize an Iron Man like HUD. When dressed for formal occasions, he will either remove the tie, or pull on it and tighten it again if he is not allowed to take it off... unless he is actively trying to outdress the other guys, which is very possible under certain circumstances.
