Chakram Reborn: Callisto and Liz (S2E6)

A Spiritual Visit, Saving Shaw and Liz Comes Through

Liz pulls up to Shaw's hotel room, gets out of her car, and notices that the door is wide open. She walks into her room and notices files scattered on the floor. Getting a worried look on her face, she pulls out her other handgun and scopes out the room saying, "Agent Shaw! Megan! Are you ok?" Liz looks around once more and says, "Something isn't right." Suddenly her phone buzzes. She picks it up to see that it is a message from Xena. She looks at it, and it reads:

Liz! I know you're angry at Gabrielle and me, but right now, we need your help!

Liz slides her phone back in her pocket and says to herself, "Why should I help you two! You lied to me! I should take Ares up on his offer!" She gets a conflicting look and pulls out her phone to read the rest of the message:

Callisto has Shaw!

Liz gets a worried look on her face, throws her phone onto Shaw's bed, and screams, "What should I do! I'm so confused!"

"Liz!" a voice says in the back of her. She turns around, and the spirit of Eve appears in front of her. Liz gets a shocked look on her face as Eve says, "Don't be afraid, my name is Eve."

Xena and Gabrielle run through the woods of the last murder scene they were at. Gabrielle says to Xena, "Are you sure we're at the right place!?!"

'I'm positive. She has Shaw in the same trees that I tracked her in." Xena says. Suddenly they can hear running in the trees. They look around, and Xena says, "She's up there."

Callisto jumps from the trees and onto the ground, standing behind them, "Well now, it's finally the three of us!" she says. "Where's Liz? I so want to meet the look-a-like of your daughter, Eve!"

"She'll be here," Gabrielle says. "Where's Shaw?"

Callisto looks at them and says, "You know, Ares told me that you two were reincarnated in the future, but wow! You both look almost exactly the same." She looks at Gabrielle, smirks, and says, "Though you're looking different with the short hair and muscle toned body. The last time we saw each other, Gabrielle, you looked like the damsel in distress that followed Xena like a puppy dog,"

"What are you getting at Callisto! Where is our friend!" Xena demands.

Callisto smirks in her methodical way and points upward. Xena and Gabrielle look up to see Shaw with her waist tied to a huge tree limb, swinging in the air with a noose around her neck. A rope with a huge saw is connected to it, and Callisto looks at them and says, "I hope Liz can make it to the party soon! Because in a few seconds, we are going to fight to save your friend's life!"

"Xena! Gabrielle! This isn't how I wanted to go out!" Shaw says nervously. "Can ya help me out here!"

Xena takes out her sword and says, "This is so wrong, Callisto! Even for you!"

"Have you gone soft in this new time!" Callisto yells. Suddenly her eye color changes from brown to blue. She shakes her head and regains her composure.

"Did you see that, Xena?" Gabrielle asks. "Her eyes changed colors!"

"Yeah! That's why I don't think this is fully Callisto." Xena says.

"Are you ready to battle, Xena!" Callisto yells! "I want my revenge!"

"Text Liz! Tell her we need her!" Xena says to Gabrielle. "Try and get Shaw loose! I'll deal with her!"

Gabrielle quickly texts Liz and starts to run, but steps in a trap, and a rope wraps around her foot and drags her upwards to a branch facing Shaw. "Callisto! What the fuck!" Gabrielle yells.
