You had to move to Germany due to your father's new job and that meant, that you had to leave Hogwarts. You and Cedric often owled each other, and he would always tell you the latest tea around Hogwarts.
You had just gotten a letter from Cedric, which said:
Y/n,
I hope you're doing well in Germany. Remember how I told you I put my name in the goblet of fire? Well, today I was chosen to take part in the Triwizard Tournament, along with Harry Potter, Viktor Krum, and Fleur Delacour.
I really miss you and I hope I'll see you soon.
I love you so much, don't forget that!
Cedric
You were so happy, that Cedric was chosen but it also scared the hell out of you. You lost your mother because of the Triwizard Tournament when she was 18 and you were only a half year old. Sure, you had your father and the rest of your family, but Cedric was the love of your life, and if Cedric dies in that Tournament, you probably won't survive that.
Only a few days later, the Triwizard Tournament had begun, and Cedric and the others were getting ready. He wasn't listening to what Rita said, because his mind was somewhere else; you. He meant what he said in that letter, he missed you.
He would do anything to see you standing at his side right now, and when I say anything, I mean anything.
Rita was walking around, full of energy and soon she was standing next to Cedric and ruffled his hair briefly.
