"It about time you have woken up"

It was her.

The girl at the orpheum the night that we died. She looked very recognizable while still looking much older than we had seen her last. Now that I think about it, she looks a lot like Julie.

Julie.

My thoughts catch on her name every time I think about it.

I miss her, more than words can describe. I glance up at the woman facing all of us. I remember her from somewhere else. As if a picture of her was framed in Julie's room.

This is her.

This is Julie's mom.

I guess seeing her burst a lot of emotions inside of me. I tried forming words but I just got all too overwhelmed.

"Julie, she-, I- I lost her. I don't know- I," I struggled with until my words were stopped as she placed each hand onto my shoulder.

"Shhhhhhh," she gently assured me as tears began to well up in my eyes. "I'm aware, it's ok," She wiped the tears from my cheeks.

"I'm sorry," I say, kind of embarrassed, wiped my eyes with my sleeveless blue shirt. We're all still in the clothes Caleb put us in before the orpheum.

"Hey," she begins, "Loss brings pain greater than anything in the world, no need to feel guilty."

I just look at her as the pain wells up inside. Julie's mom steps outward addressing Alex, Reggie and I.

"My name is Rose, Julie is my daughter," Rose explain's, "I was the one who sent you to her in the first place, and-"

"Wait a second, haven't I seen you before?"Reggie cut her off.

"I believe we have met before the night that you all died."

"Ohhhhhhhhh," cries Reggie

Until interrupted by Alex, "Reg let her finish, she's trying to tell us something."

"I was there the night Caleb took you guys from the living world, from Julie."

She glances over at me as my eyes drop to the floor.

"Let me tell you that I used all in my will power to save you all, but unfortunately Caleb's power was just too strong." She took a deep breath and continued, "However, I was able to protect you all from being erased, and I mean erased from existence."

I look over at the boys and each one of us share the same expression, shock.

"Instead I brought you here, and I believe that there might be a way to bring you back."

All of us burst into chaos of excitement.

"You don't really mean," says Alex while, "I thought we were dead meat," says Reggie.

"Is there really hope," I ask.

"I believe so," Rose starts, "From what I've found out, the only way......, is to seek help from Caleb himself."

That's when all of our hearts dropped.

I quickly remark, "How are we gonna get help from that cruel, dumb, idiot, ankle-biting-,"

"Ok, Luke we get it," Alex replies.

"Ankle-biting, that's what my grandpa would always say," Reggie thought to himself.

"Whatever, just, he took Julie from us, from me, so I am in no interest seeing him again," I turn around and walk towards the corner. Anger and grief is just building up inside of me.

"I never said it would be easy, but it's the only way," says Rose, "And I've recruited some help from a ghost who knows Caleb better than any of us." She gestured over to the side as Willie emerges from the dark.

"Willie?" yelps Alex. He runs and holds Willie in a tight embrace. Reggie and I glance and smile at each other, noticing the love they have.

Not soon does that remind me of Julie. What I'd give right now just  to hold her tight in my arms.
