"They aren't mine... they're ours." You dropped Loki's hand, unable to look up at him.

He was clearly shocked. "I-... We-... I'm..."

"Yeah, you have kids." You reply, unable to contain your smile. Gathering your courage, you look up at Loki. You were stunned to see that he was crying. "Are you ok? Whats wr-" You were cut off by Loki planting his lips on yours. You melted into him. It had been way too long.

When he pulled away, you reached up to wipe his tears away. "Are you angry?"

"Oh god no. I'm sorry I jumped to conclusions. I'm sorry I left you to raise them on your own." Loki pressed his forehead against yours.

"Do you wanna meet them, properly this time?" You asked. "I can go get them."

Loki smiled down at you. "Five minutes, then I'm coming after you."

You stepped away and grinned. "I'll be back in three."

Teleporting away, you arrived back in your house, where Georgia, Astrid and Erik were sitting anxiously together. "Hey guys."

All three leapt up, rushing to hug you. "Oh my gosh, Y/n are you ok?" Georgia looked you over for injuries.

"Yeah, I'm fine. But there's something you should see." You wrapped your arms around them and teleported back to Wakanda.

"Woah, where are we mommy?" Erik asked in awe.

"This is Wakanda baby." You replied with a smile.

Georgia only looked confused. "Why are we here Y/n?"

"Remember that 'time heist' Scott wanted to do? Well we did it. We got everyone back."

"Everyone?" Georgia asked faintly, looking like she was going to cry.

"Everyone." You confirmed. You pointed over to Wanda, who was talking to her brother, Pietro. Your best friend held back tears at the sight of her previously dead boyfriend. "Go to him."

Georgia nodded, and disappeared in the direction of the Maximoff twins. You smiled again, then knelt to talk to your own twins.

"Do you remember the man I told you about?" You asked.

Astrid nodded. "Mr Loki?"

"He's back now, we saved him. But before we meet him, there's something mommy needs to tell you." The twins nodded, waiting for you to continue. "You know how Tony is Morgan's daddy? Well, Loki's your daddy."

Erik looked excited. "We have a daddy? Can we meet him? Please please please?" Astrid joined in. "Please, please, please, please ple-"

"Ok, ok, lets go now." Your kids cheered, and you chuckled, kissing their foreheads. Teleporting the three of you to the balcony, you saw Loki, looking out at the setting sun. "Love, were are here."

Loki turned around, eyes immediately filling with tears. Erik stepped forward. "Hi! I'm Erik. Mommy said that you're our daddy. Can I hug you?"

Nodding tearfully, Loki opened his arms and Erik rushed into them. Astrid peeked out from behind your legs, reassured by her brother. She walked over the Loki with a bit more caution. "Hello little one. What's your name?" Loki smiled kindly at her.

Astrid smiled shyly. "Hi daddy. I'm Astrid." She quickly stepped forward into Loki's waiting arms, and your heart swelled. You'd imagined this moment for years.

You stumbled forward, tears streaming down your cheeks, and slip your arms around your finally completed family.

"Turns out, he had come in his flaming knickers!"

"STARK!" Thor roared, as everyone broke down laughing.

The newly re-united team was gathered around huge bonfire on Tony's estate, basking in their victory. Tony had just finished telling an embarrassing story about Thor, and Pepper quickly shut him up before Thor decapitated him.

"You can't say anything Tony, remember the time you get so excited about something you dreamt about, that you ran down to the lab only wearing your dressing gown!" Bruce piped up, triggering another wave of laughter and a very grumpy Tony.

Everyone joked around for a while, before falling silent and staring down at the flames. You didn't need your powers to know what everyone was thinking. "What now?" Wanda asked.

"We do what we always have." Steve said, his arm slung over Nat's shoulder.

"Kick name, take ass?" Mantis asked, eyes wide. The team laughed again.

You smiled and looked around at your friends, no, your family. "We fight back against anyone who dares try harm our universe. Together."

A chorus of agreement met your ears. 

"And then?" Bucky caught your eye. "We won't live forever."

You looked up at Loki. "We train the next generation to be heroes. And they will teach theirs."

"But for now, we will celebrate our victory." Thor waved his jug of mead around. "Those who think to challenge us now must think twice."

Tony raised his drink. "To kicking Thanos' fat a-"

"Language." Steve shouted, rolling his eyes. 

"Fine." Tony huffed. "To this victory, and the next, and the next. To our successors, our students, and to a safe, protected universe."

Everyone raised their glasses.

You looked around at your fun-sized family, filled with archers to princesses, billionaires to aliens, scientists to Asgardians. Even though things were rocky, there sure wasn't a dull moment with the Avengers.
