There was a house, not even a house more of a cabin, in the forest, this is where I woke up and found myself, on a roughly narrow framed bed with animal furs on top of me.
I could feel the hairs tinkle and caress the entire length of my body. I had nothing on. My eyes flick across the single room of the house to find someone but there wasn't another body in the room.
I could smell something a delicious aroma so I looked and found the only heat source in the room, a fireplace, with a pot hanging over near the warmth. Bowls and other things littered the mantel.
So I careful pulled myself to a sitting position, Never letting the blankets dip below my chest bone, I note the air had a chill to it. Choosing the top blanket I brought it up and wrapped in under one arm and around the other. My feet hit the cold floor and I almost decided to sit and not get up but my stomach made its presence known by growling for food.
I braved the cold on my feet and made my self a quick bowl of the meat laden stew before racing back and burying myself underneath the thick softness.
Assessing the room as I ladled the food into my mouth a rough table and chair sat in one corner while the other held materials of some sort and a pallet of furs on the floor.
The bowl was quickly finished and with the hunger sedated for now the need for sleep soon took over.
This is everything that took place before and after my awaking I this peaceful place. How I finally found my place in the would.
And most importantly how I helped a man find love.
