"I need to tell you something," Hoseok spoke softly. Seeing Taehyung, Hoseok was unable to control himself.
"Huh? Are you saying something, Hyung?" Taehyung asked confusedly.
Hoseok shook his head, a small, sad smile on his face. "No, it's nothing important. Let's just enjoy the day."
Taehyung shrugged his shoulders, deciding not to press the matter. As they continued walking, the vibrant energy of the village started to distract Taehyung from his earlier worries.
"Look at that stall! They have some amazing sweets," Taehyung exclaimed, pointing towards a nearby vendor. Hoseok followed his gaze, glad for the distraction.
"Let's go try some," Hoseok suggested, his tone lightening up.
They approached the stall, and Taehyung's eyes sparkled with excitement as he looked at the assortment of treats. He picked out a few, and Hoseok paid for them, happy to see Taehyung enjoying himself.
As they ate, Hoseok kept stealing glances at Taehyung, trying to muster the courage to speak his mind. But every time he opened his mouth, he hesitated, unsure of how to bring it up. Taehyung, meanwhile, was blissfully unaware, savoring the delicious candies.
"Hoseok, you have to try this one! It's amazing," Taehyung said, holding out a piece of sweet for him. Hoseok smiled and took a bite, nodding in agreement.
"It's really good," Hoseok said, his mind still preoccupied. He knew he couldn't keep his feelings bottled up forever,
"Why wasn't I able to tell him? It seemed so easy when I thought about it, but now I feel so nervous around him," Hoseok muttered to himself. Determined to finally speak his mind, he decided, "I'll say it!"
Grabbing Taehyung's hand, Hoseok dragged him to a quiet corner. But hearing Taehyung's startled cry, he immediately let go, guilt washing over him as he saw the scared look on Taehyung's face.
"I'm so sorry, Taehyung. I didn't mean to scare you," Hoseok said softly, cursing under his breath for startling Taehyung twice in one day.
Taehyung, still a bit shaken, nodded and took a deep breath. "It's okay, Hyung. Just...what's going on? You seem really upset."
Hoseok looked down, taking a moment to collect his thoughts. "Tae, there's something I need to tell you. It's been on my mind for a while, and I can't keep it to myself anymore."
Taehyung watched him with wide, curious eyes, waiting for him to continue.
Hoseok took a deep breath and finally said, "I...I have feelings for you, Taehyung. I've had them for a long time. I didn't want to make things awkward between us, but I couldn't hold it in any longer."
Taehyung's eyes widened in surprise. "Hyung, I..."
Before he could finish, Hoseok continued, "I like you, Taehyung... Whether you accept me or not, I want to say something first." Hoseok's voice trembled with emotion.
"Taehyung, you're the most amazing thing that ever happened to me. You're so handsome-God, I can't even describe your beauty. And you're so cute. I have no idea how I fell for you, but I just did. I couldn't stop myself. I love you so much."
