Precious Stone by Myla Stars

She had a body of diamonds and a mind of gold,

With a heart of ruby and an emerald soul,

She was shiny, she was pure,

But she wasn't destined to be sold,

She was mother earth's ,

Metal minds manipulated her into their own,

She was boxed and broken into tiny pieces,

She was handed down and thrown around,

She couldn't see a future where she was a whole

She was mistaken for a pebble,

But she wasn't just any piece of stone,

She was bare on the exterior,

Delicate, rare and prized inside,

She was uniquely beautiful,

She was an erratic gem,

Now she is a precious stone under a whispering tree

Flowers and fishes by her side,

Water and rock she hid beneath,

She only saw a glimpse of the sun but she was free
