Before I begin talking about my feelings I just wanted to add that I have some good news, but I'll save it for the end.

Excuse the fact that I didn't write yesterday, because of this good news I've been distracted...even more then usual. I might write again later but first I'll tell you how I obtained such amazing news.

I was doing what I normally do, which is watch over violet. She's latley been having violent mood swings espically towards Vivien and Ben. I understand they don't like me, but Violet is their daughter how can they watch her go through this pain?

Vi usually attempts to do things around the house to distract herself. She listens to music, reads, writes, but she's just laying in her bed now, all of the time. I hated seeing her like this. If you're going to spend eternity in a house you might as well do it with someone you love.

Later in the day while violet was still laying in bed wallowing in her sorrow, Vivien walked in with Violet's brother on her hip. She told Violet to get out of bed and come help out with the baby. Violet gave her a snarky comeback and threw blankets over her head.

I knew Mrs. Harmon could sense me in the room. She had a very frazzled look on her face and was being very alert. After Violet's comment she shook her head and went out the door.

Violet eventually got up and made her way into the bathroom, where I followed of course. She turned the bath on to the point where it was boiling hot. She stripped down and stepped in.

She sat in the bath for awhile, sometimes she layed down under the water for long periods of time. Sometimes she'd put her arms around herself and whisper things.

When the room was steamy enough I decided to take advantage of it. I walked over to the mirrior and wrote. 'I love you - tate' I awaited patiently for her to walk over and read it.

Violet wrapped herself up and got out of the draining tub, she grabbed her brush and made her way over to the mirror, I was bubbling with excitment.

She smiled then looked down, I saw tears fall into the sink. With the little space left on the mirror I wrote. 'Don't cry, I'm here'.

She looked up again and whiped off her tears. She looked around the room, and dropped the towel.

She began brushing her hair, and once again whispering things to herself. Things like 'no' 'yes' 'should I?'

And finally the moment of truth.

Violet set the brush down at the edge of the sink. I heard my name. And the words I've been waiting to hear. "Come back"

As she said those words that determined our fate I ran into her arms. We both cried for awhile, then I grabbed violet's towel and wrapped her in it.

I asked what Vivien and Ben were going to think, but Vi told me I'll be her 'dirty little secret'.

Yours Truly,

Tate Langdon
