Tomoe waved to Megumi who already walking back to his room after an emergency evening. she closed the door behind before joining Shoko and Nanami who was talking to each other.

"good thing Megumi was here. his shadow helped search for me and i was able to come here in time." Shoko said and turned to look at the pink haired female.

"and Tomoe does not have cursed energy so she would never figure it out." Tomoe noticed Nanami eyes went to her, and she winked at him with a point finger on her glossy lips.

"stop flirting with everybody, will you ?" Shoko grunted while watching Tomoe chuckling at her words, sitting next to Nanami who also was able fo sit upright already thanks to Shoko's reversed curse technique.

"you saw how dire it was, Tomoe ? that won't be the only injury you'll have to expect, but a wound even worse than that." Shoko explained to Tomoe who was still a novice in the department, and the girl just salute to the supervisor.

"yes, yes, Ieiri-senpai." she replied playfully.

"so, this injury came from the mastermind behind those human-cursed spirit ?" Shoko then redirected her question to Nanami.

"yes, Itadori Yuuji was sent to investigate the person that potentially allied with him." Tomoe perked up at the mentioned of Yuuji.

"where is he now ?" Shoko asked, glancing over at the sky that has turned dark, worrying over the teenager being left alone unsupervised by Nanami.

"Kiyotaka is on his way to pick up Yuuji now." Nanami told her, and she nodded.

"will you be able to return safely ?" Shoko asked with concern when Nanami put in his coat.

"yes. the wound is better now thanks to you." both Shoko and Tomoe watched as he excused himself and left the office.

Shoko sighed as he went to sit on her office chair.

"even though medical attention was not as rapid as in hospital or any other job, but once you get one, it always an emergency." she started to enlighten Tomoe with the job scope, who just listened willingly to her.

"cursed spirit rarely occured in large scale, but death is inevitable everytime it occured, just like Itadori Yuuji's previous death." she sighed.

"you'll have to get used to this from now on. this is not just a regular medical job." Shoko told Tomoe while watching her, who pay no serious mind into it as the playful smile kept lingers on her lips.

"are you listening ?" Shoko asked with a slight annoyance, which Tomoe just replied with a closed eye smile, indicating that she listened her quiet well. Shoko just glared at her.

"it's already past work hour. i'll go home first." Tomoe said, walking her way to the door, not forgetting to hook her white robe on the stand, and gave a playful wink to Shoko before she left.

she walked out of the Jujutsu Tech High in her usual outfit with a hoodie that zipped only halfway. her hair remained high ponytail.

as she entered a junction, she saw a figure leaning into a wall of terrace. he was tall in a casual outfit, and wore a dark sunglasses. she smiled, thinking his white haired will always stands out.

"hey handsome, are you waiting for me ?"

Satoru smiled at her way, approaching her.
