it was tough, but they had successfully convinced both Hakari into helping them in the culling game and also Higuruma to give them a few points to alter the rules. it was a relief to Megumi, since with this, he finally could stop her sister to join the culling game and save her dying.

after hearing the announcement of the rules alteration according to what they had planned, Megumi let out a relieved sigh knowing Yuuji had finally done it. he would need to repay to him soon after all this nightmare ended. what a sick man to create this game of killing each other for points.

he slumped in the narrow alley, resting himself after a whole battle with a past incarnated sorcerers earlier. he cleaned all the blood off, but he could not do anything with the injury, though it heals faster due to this powerful curse energy. those hit he received and injuries were not something to worry about.

what he had heard was a shock to him. it was only a few days and a colony was forced to close due to lack of sorcerers ? were all of them heading towards the here sensing Sukuna would be here ?

he suspected her to be a jujutsu sorcerer with ulterior motives, but to be a Zen'in ? if she was a Zen'in, Maki would know.. no.. he would have known as well. Satoru should have known and told everyone she was of that family.

"what a joke.. nothing is better than whatever is happening anymore. what worse than what i'm wishing right now.." Maki laughed at the reality surrounded her. what she had gone through, family that shitty through and through, losing the only person that she loved so much.

"i will destroy everything.." a tear slid out of her straight face, surprising Megumi. Though, he continued to raises his guard sensing Maki as a different person than she was before, even more now that she grabbed her weapon.
