We named him Oliver Jack Napier. He was six pounds and 7 ounces. He has white-blonde hair, pale skin and big blue eyes (which could change, according to the nurse). Honestly, I always said I wanted a big family, but now I think two kids is perfect.

Three days later, we leave to go home. It's different, seeing a baby seat in our sleek, usually empty car. A nice kind of different, but it'll take some getting used to. (Puddin struggled a bit trying to get it strapped right- hehe.)

When we arrive home, The servants are waiting. "Congratulations, Miss Quinn!" yells Kaylee. My eyes tear up. "Oh my god," I say, hugging her fiercely. I'm still pretty sore from labor, but I don't care. Her boyfriend is there too, and he congratulates me awkwardly. He's tall, thin, and tan, with medium-length black hair.

I give him a once over and turn to Kaylee. "He's not bad," I say teasingly. She laughs. "Aidan, Miss Quinn, Miss Quinn, Aidan. He's kept me going," she says, taking his hand. He smiles and drops a kiss on her forehead. Okay, so he does seem like a good guy. That's good. She needs a good guy to help take care of her.

Puddin shoos away the rest of the workers. "All of you hush, exhausted Mama coming through," he says, hustling them off to their work again. The last few congratulate me again and flit away, giving longing looks at the baby. He's surprisingly quiet, observing everything with wide, open eyes.

"Where are we going to put him?" I ask as we go up the stairs to our room. "In our room for now," Jack replies, taking the car seat from me. Oliver is still silent. "Don't you think he should be crying by now?" I ask, a little worried.

"Darling. You're overthinking this. The nurse said it's perfectly normal for babies to not cry. Would you rather he be wailing uncontrollably?" he asks, pushing open the door to our room. While we were gone, The servants had apparently set up a whole nursery in a corner of our large bedroom. The stuff was mostly blue and green themed, with soft blankets and teddy bears lining the bassinet.

"Oh my god, it's perfect," I say, walking over to look at it more closely. One of the bears has Ollie stitched onto it. Finally, the baby starts to fuss. He's probably hungry.

I unbuckle him and scoop him out of his seat, being sure I support his neck. I sit down on the bed and make sure he has a good hold on me before relaxing.

I look over to see Puddin staring. "What?" I ask. "Is my hair messed up??" He shakes his head, coming out of his daze. "No, nothing's wrong, love. You look absolutely stunning- as usual," he says, sitting next to me and taking my hand. I lean into him. "You've done so well with all of this," I say happily.

"Well, you know what I say: anything for you," he says, holding me up me easily. Once Oliver finishes, I buckle up my bra again and try to remember how to burp a baby. Pat his back, I think.

Apparently that was the right thing to do since he lets out a healthy sized burp and sits there contently.

My baby boy. My perfect baby boy. I look over at Puddin. Correction: our perfect baby boy.
