*Apollo*

You sat at the dining table with your head on Duncan's shoulder. He had your hand in his and he was glaring at Courtney across the table.

"Hey. Duncan? Duncan, what's wrong?" You couldn't help but ask. Duncan seemed to snap out of his daze. "What? Oh, nothing, I'm fine." You didn't completely believe him, but you left it alone. He probably didn't want to talk about it in front of everyone.

Before you could think of something to say, Chris walked in.

"Campers! Today's challenge is a little game called..Phobia Factor! Prepare to face your worst fears!"

LeShawna looked at the food on the table and make a comment that Gwen finished.

Your heart on the other hand felt like it had stopped beating. How was Chris going to play out your challenge? A thousand possibilities ran through your head. Fear was vivid in the back of your mind and you couldn't help but shake with the thoughts. Your chest was tight as Chris looked to you, then turned away.

"Heather, meet us in the amphitheater. It's sumo time!"

Heather spit out whatever she was drinking.

"Gwen. You, me, the beach. A few tons of sand." Gwen's face paled and she dropped her head to the table. "Wait, how'd they know those were your worst fears?" Lindsay asked blankly.

"Ugh! Because we told them!" Gwen buried her face in her arms. Lindsay had a confused look on her face. "At the campfire, last night." Trent explained. "They were listening to us?" Lindsay asked, shocked. "It's a reality show Einstein, they're always listening to us."

   Lindsay gasped. "That's like, eavesdropping!"

You groaned and thumped your head on the table. "Whatever you're going to put me through, just tell me already so I can get it over with." You hid under your arm, wondering how Chris would play on your fear of going blind.

"Apollo, meet me on the beach, your sensory deprivation chamber awaits." Chis played out the evil look, but his eyes held nothing but regret.

You knew something like this would happen eventually. Chris had promised no special privileges, and he had to hold his end of the promise. You knew the risks going into this.

"What?! No way is he doing that!" Duncan exclaimed. Chris gave him a sad look. "Duncan, I'll be fine. I'm sure it'll only be a few minutes." You tried to reassure him aswell as yourself. In reality, you were terrified. Your heart was thrumming like a base drum in a metal song. You stood up, still shaking and headed for the door. Duncan followed you and together you headed for the beach.

On any other day, you would have loved a swim. The sun was hot, and beads of sweat began to form on your neck. It didn't really help that you had picked out a long sleeve shirt and jeans for the day.

On the beach a small room resembling a movie set had been built. A single window showed the inside of the dark room with a tanning bed-like chamber sitting it the center. A chill ran down your spine. Duncan's grasp on your hand tightened. When you looked at his face his viridian eyes were seething. You took a deep breath amd pulled away from Duncan.

Duncan pulled you back. "If you freak out, hum part of a song Ok? I'll let you out." He pressed a gentle kiss to your forhead and let you go again.

You stood by the chamber for a minute before letting Chris open the hatch and setting yourself inside as comfortably as possible.

The first thing that sent your mind spinning was the darkness. You hated the thought of being blind. Even if it was just to dark to see, you would avoid the situation as much as you could.
