CHAPTER 11

Time 8:48 AM

"I'm so glad we have a sub today, I would've had a headache if she was actually here today", you said referring to your homeroom teacher.

"Tell me about it, I swear she hates us more everyday".

Currently the homeroom teacher was gone for the day, so that left the students with a substitute teacher. The sub showed more compassion to the students and allowed for them to work on the assigned work left by your teacher with a partner. Of course the majority of the students were taking advantage of this luxury but the sub didn't seem to mind as he had his earbuds plugged in while on his phone. You couldn't really blame him though because being around a bunch of loud highschool students was never fun.

"So what are we doing later at your place", you ask with genuine curiosity.

"That my dear (Y/N) is something I can't share with you...yet. It's a surprise".

Skeptically looking at the green-eyed boy next to you, he only smirked at your annoyance and flicked your forehead. Rubbing the place he flicked you at you rolled your eyes and broke the lead off his pencil.

"Hey what was that for", he whined while taking out a pencil sharpener.

"That's my payback for the forehead flick".

"Whatever", he grumbled.

The week so far has been nothing but pleasant for (Y/N) and Suna. The girl's worries about being vulnerable had washed away into the darkest pits of her mind. The shackles on her feet that had prevented the girl from being herself and experiencing joy had broken. It allowed her to be free, but still feel the troubles of her past.

Suna had enjoyed spending time with you every chance he got. He cherished the time spent getting to know you better, and made sure to engrave it into his brain so he would never forget the genuine feeling of happiness.

"Hey I was at home yesterday and I found out you can get a temporary tattoo with paper, lead, and water", you said, grabbing a pencil and paper.

"Wait really, how?"

"Basically you just draw something like a star with a pencil and place the paper on your arm, and put a bit of water on the design".  You say drawing a small star on the piece of paper. "Then you put a little bit of water so that it covers the design and you remove it after a few seconds".

Suna watched as you grabbed a water bottle from your backpack and began pouring some water onto the cap.

Placing the water on the paper that was present on your skin, you waited 10 seconds before removing the paper that displayed a small star on your arm.

"Tada! That's how you do it".

"Wait I want to try, but ima draw a horse since I'm good at drawing them", the brunette boy said while taking out a blank sheet of paper and drawing a horse.

Suna grabbed and  unscrewed a water bottle that he had in his backpack and poured a bit onto the cap.

Placing the sheet of paper to his skin, you helped him by pouring the water on his arm, careful not to spill a drop on the desk.

Once the 10 seconds were up, Suna excitedly removed the damp paper to reveal a blurred but recognizable horse design.

"Wait this is cool I want to do something else", the boy said as he ripped a piece of paper from the sheet he previously used. "I think I'll write my name in bold letters".
