**** BIG WARNING HERE **** there's a scene in this chapter where it might seem like things are going to take a turn towards sexual assault, but they don't. there is just miscommunication and it stops before anything bad happens. still, the bit leading up could be triggering (it is just kissing), so please keep that in mind. I will add extra asterisks around the scene so you can skip it if need be.

Jones didn't do too much, just put a little smudgy eyeliner and brow gel on him, but Leo couldn't deny that he felt like a bad bitch. He spiced up his usual giant band shirt, three-day-old jeans, and combat boots with a spiked choker and these dangly star earrings Leanne gave him a few years ago. He looked unmistakably gay, a welcomed deviant from his grungy-stoner-weirdo look.
Leanne was teasing her hair in the mirror, looking very Tank Girl in her low-waisted plaid pants and baby-tee. Jones had on her trademark Giant Platforms and Little Dress paired with an oversized sweater. Her eyes were lined with some statement graphic liner to compensate for her (compared to normal, at least) conservative clothes. She was on her knees, digging through Leo's closet for the handle of vodka stashed somewhere around there, tossing unfolded clothes behind her as she scoured the floor.
